soft comfortable bed, large clean shower that did not leak, helpful staff who kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a/c as we accidentally booked a room without a/c without realizing it.

shower was very big and clean but dangerously slippery as there is no texture on the floor, just slick plastic. my boyfriend slipped and fell and luckily did not get hurt. a/c did not really do anything to cool the room, so we ended up sleeping with the windows open which was fine.

Everything was perfect: the location is in a lovely part of Klagenfurt, there is an excellent connection to the bus system, the view from the balcony is stunning, and the buffet breakfast is varied, with small but noticeable changes daily.

Awesome Mountain Views, Very comfy beds and Sofa.

There were no closets, You can hang only few cloths in a family room. I was expecting something (Electric kettle) for warm Drinking water. I get it from the tap but for that I have to left water running. I don't like to waste the water.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The property is situated on a rise above Klagenfurt, some rooms have a wonderful view.

Our initially assigned room had no air conditioning. Given the heat and humidity in June, this meant this room was unbearable for sleeping. Fortunately, the front office staff allowed us to switch rooms. My recommendation for this hotel is ensure all rooms have AC.

A very beautiful hotel with modern, stylish rooms and a pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel is situated in a quieter part of the city, away from the center (near the lake), and offers plenty of free parking spaces. The internet in the room worked flawlessly. There was a wide selection of high-quality and fresh food for breakfast. I would be very happy to stay here again during my next visit to Klagenfurt.

A beautiful location overlooking the mountains. Set back so it is lovely and quiet. The spa area is dreamy and this is a place to visit.

Obviously not all rooms have a forward mountain facing room, so it is worth making sure you book one of these.

Everything! The breakfast, spa area, kindness of people. Only good things to say. We came to relax and discover the area. The location was very easy to reach by transportation and the hotel included a lot of wonderful services that allowed us to completely disconnect and relax.

Big, modern room with balcony, everything looks and smells new, good breakfast with large variety, very friendly staff. I was impressed by the overall experience for an adequate price

Fantastic small hotel which is recently renovated. Amazing breakfast and restaurant. Especially the lady in charge of the restaurant in the evening made every extra effort to make it enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

A bigger gym would be nice

Room nice, breakfast selection is excellent.

Depending on the weather and the day and where your room is, the restaurant/bar can be quite noticeably heard.
