The accommodation is located in the heart of the city. At the very entrance of the hotel there is a terrace for enjoying food and drinks. The staff is kind, responsive. We also received a Welcome drink. Dog-friendly hotel, you have to pay extra for them. The room was comfortable with adjustable temperature air conditioning, equipped with a TV, coffee machine and coffee, clean, well-appointed. Overall, the hotel, when passing through the lobby, reminded me of Old-school and needs improvement. The hotel is equipped with an elevator, the elevators are narrow. The room we chose was also quite small, not much space with 2 dogs.

Parking was available on the hotel premises, but when we arrived, it was full. We were told where there was another parking lot with which the hotel cooperates, but it turned out that its height is only 2m and our car didn’t fir there. Since we were wandering around the streets of Austria in the evening and did not find another option, we had to park the car on the street. Which requires studying the local street rules. The hotel is dog-friendly for an additional fee, but there was nothing for the dogs, not even a bowl. Hotel is 4 star, but looks a bit old-school and a bit worn feeling, in the in the elevator, in the hallways, also in the bathroom, doors was a bit damaged. But anything else - modern and good :)

We stayed here for just one night, but the experience was truly unforgettable. The hotel is simply wonderful — from the very beginning of our communication while booking, where the team kindly assisted us with parking and details, to the warm welcome at the reception by the kind and professional ladies, and the comfort and elegance of the room itself. The breakfast exceeded all our expectations — beautifully served, refined, and delicious, just like the spirit of Klagenfurt itself. We are sincerely grateful and will definitely return again.

Rooms were ok, could have had better shampoo, and maybe some regular soup. Had issue where toilet needed to be fixed twice. We stayed for quite a few days, maybe switch up foods offered, always the same. Bigger coffee cups. Location of hotel is great. I am from Klagenfurt but live in NYC, I realize that things are different in Europe. I am not complaining, but just suggestions.

Since there was a water issue during our stay, maybe guests should have received free drinking water daily, we were 3 guests in one room received ONE free bottle.

We checked in later in the evening, but the frendly staff was there and helped us with everything. The room was large and tidy, the bed was great. Bathroom was also very good. There was a card with informations and prices for everything in the hotel. The hotel is only few minutes of walk from the central square. They have parking options in hotel, but there are good garages close by. All in all a great experiance. Would recommend if you want to stay in center of the city.

Maybe a larger shower cabin would be good.

Location is ideal, close to historic centre of Klagenfurt. Close to many local restaurants, cafe and bars. Jacqueline at reception was very helpful and resolved issues with air conditioning in my room. You need more people like her in your hotel.

Some of staff were not well trained to deal with customer issues. I had issue with my air conditioning, one staff member at reception was very rude in saying to me that she could not do anything. While little later her own colleague Jacqueline helped me out and fixed the issue.

Location and possibility to park the car next to the entrance to unload and upload luggage. The possibility to stay with pets.

The breakfast place - on Saturday and especially Sunday it eas extremely hard for hotel guests to find a place since a lot of tables were reserved for outside guests. We were not warned about that either. Then the price for pets - I did not notice it on Bookjng, it should be shown visibly beforehand or added when booking. Same for parking price that we found iut inly when checking out. Then on our last night (Sat.25.11/Sun.26.11) we were woken up at 2am by some guys in black hoodies knowking on every door on our floor. Twice. Hotel should keep an eye on who enters the hotel at night. Also when we brought flowers and asked for a vase we were given a broken one that leaked water so much we could not use it.

Comfy and clean accommodation in Klagenfurt. The parking is really close to the hotel.

In my opinion, breakfast is a bit below the expectations, probably because of the many reviews celebrating it. Anyway, it is a good breakfast, but nothing above average for the hotel category

great location, good building and fresh room, very comfortable. great breakfast, good restaurant, a bit expensive but good.

parking a bit far and quite expensive (~20 eur) and it was hard to pack/unpack luggage because of that. price was quite high due to high season. all the rest was great.

Excellent location just few meters from the center and the main square. Excellet facilities for bikers (bycicle deposit room inside the hotel near the reception with charging sockets). Very gool and abundant breakfast. Personnel was very kind.

Room cleaning, even if it was not bad, could be improved (one day they changed the towels and left only one shower tovel, some days the coffee cups were left dirty, cleaning of the floor was not always good).

The room is large and spacious. The hotel staff from the receptionists to the room attendants were super friendly and very helpful! Breakfast is amazing. The location of the hotel is right in the center of old town with parking a 100m away.

There was nothing I could fault the hotel with!
