The staff could not have been more accommodating. They were polite and welcoming and couldn't have done more for me. They also spoke perfect English which was really helpful as I shamefully don't speak a word of German. I was there for the Ironman event. The hotel knew exactly who needed to be where and when and even put on a shuttle bus to the event in the morning. They have been supporting the Ironman event for the last 26 years. The hotel sits abour 5km from the event expo.

The room was a little basic but I spent very little time in it to be honest. Only minor annoyance was the chair in the room that sits at the desk was too high to tuck under. This meant it took up a lot of unnecessary floor space.

stayed for the ironman - breakfast was great and the staff were very accommodating for all athletes. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the vent. Free shuttle bus down to the start in the morning too. Very close to Ciao Ciao city which is good for pre race meals

Pillows in the bedrooms weren't the best.. and the shower head holder was broken in the shower. Other than that it was absolutely fine!

The hotel lacks a place to load and unload luggage. I parked my car on a disabled parking place and within 5 minutes of being at the reception to unload my suitcases, I received a fine from the city. We recommend tourists not to leave their cars. The receptionist Rosie was very nice, helpful and willing!

Very friendly staff at the reception and breakfast. Value for money. Good breakfast included.

The pillow was too soft. The curtains were too thin to keep out the early morning sunshine. They still provide small plastic bottles.

Nice hotel, in an excellent location; clean and comfortable room, with reliable WiFi. Good breakfast buffet. The ladies at the reception and in the dining room were extremely hospitable and helpful; I felt like a member of the family. I would stay there again.

Elderly couple, 2 nights. Very friendly staff, nice and modern rooms (#55), clean, very good breakfast, midtown - so everything within walking distance, also central busstation (to lake or busstop to train station. 24 hour bus ticket 6 €). So we come again and are very happy to recommend it.

The position is perfect to explore the area. Very close to the city center and train station but in a quiet area. The room was large and clean. Very good breakfast, they have a gluten free products

Well equiped rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff that deserves to be cherished. Good breakfast with variaties of choices.

The furniture a bit from the previous years, but nothing to complain about

We were family of 4. We stayed in room 51. We had one large dubble bed and sofa which was really wide and comfortable. There were 2 conbected rooms, each had tv, the first room also chairs and small table. Bathroom big, very clean and with bathtub. Breakfast good, lots of choices, they also fries eggs, bacon,... On request.

The pillows were thin and not so comfy for us. Next day we discovered extra ines in the warderobe. The aircondition was very loud. Only few parking spots available. We parked on the street on the end of the block.
