Great location, very clean, good condition, very spacious rooms with a lovely kitchenette. Provided with Wörthersee card which was very nice.
Could do with access to a washing machine. No information pack - therefore had to ask about everything e.g. where to empty our bins and when there would be a person at reception. When we tried to store our luggage the receptionist was only there from about 11am-2pm so it was not very helpful. When we called the contact number in the morning about 10am no one answered and we could hear the phone ringing inside the reception desk. Mattresses had sunk in certain spots

Nicely furbished apartman in a good neighborhood, literally minutes away on foot from downtown Klagenfurt, and about a 15 min drive from the lake. Clean, cozy, fully equipped kitchenette, smart TV, airco, whatever you might need, this place has it. Staff is super nice and helpful.
Windows are soundproof - so much so that I think you'd sleep thru a nuclear blast happening at your balcony (I know, bad example) If you are unlucky, though, with some inconsiderate neighbours next to you who can't keep it down and talk very loudly on their balcony, that can be a pain in the bum, as you cannot sleep with the windows open.

Great location - inner city just around the corner, 5 mins walk. Fantastic apartment, both aesthetically and functionally. Comfy beds. Great wifi. Everything works fine and hassle-free. As far as we could tell, all apartments at least partially face away from the busy street, towards a small park/greens. All apartments have a nice-sized balcony. Garage in the building (extra fee but affordable). Staff very nice, flexible and accomodating - thank you!
Be mindful that about half of the apartments have bedrooms on the street-facing side of the building, and it gets noisy early in the morning (around 6 am) - even with windows and blinds closed and on the top floor. It this is something that bothers you, try to ask for an apartment that only has rooms facing the park-side of the building, which is much quieter.

We liked everything: the property is clearly very new and extremely clean and modern. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked well (even though there was only one unit for the entire 2 bedroom apartment, it cooled everything off after a few hours). There were rolladens to blackout the bedrooms. And the parking was AMAZING - so easy and convenient. Oh and the TV with Netflix was the icing on the cake. I would absolutely stay here again!
The ONLY compliant I have - and there is nothing the owners can do about this so I even hesitate to say anything, but - there are a few rooms/apartments that face the main road and it can be a bit loud, even at night. We use sound machines and my kids weren't bothered at all, but if you're a lighter sleeper like me, it's just something to consider. But even with this small drawback, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great appartment, we enjoyed it very much! It is very clean, spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated with everything we needed and a large balcony as well. The welcome with water and chocolates and the attention in details in general from the hosts was very much appreciated. The check-in process was extremely quick and the secure parking under the appartment very easily accessible from the start. The location of the appartment is also very good, next to a shopping center and very close to the city center with the various sights, restaurants and cafes. We drove to the lake but as parking there is free, that was no issue.
Nothing to say, I just wish we stayed more!

It was my second stay here. Great location, very clean and spacious apartment. Amazing partly roofed patio incl. sunbeds, garden table, chairs and rocking chair. You can enter the patio from bedroom or living room. Very spacious bathroom. The toilet is in a separate room. The apartment 110 on the 1st. floor comes with one separated bedroom and living room with a sofa bed. The bed was very comfortable. You will find a There is a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hob, fridge with small freezer and oven in the kitchen. The staff is great and helpful.
The sofa bed is not comfortable for 2 adult persons. Air con only in the living room. The parking in the building is great, quit expensive though (17€/day)

Dimitri is a huge asset to this place; he is the nicest host we have ever met, and we have stayed in many places. The presentation of the apartment was excellent, the shower, separate toilet, good sized kitchen, lounge area - really the apartment we stayed in should be an example of how to set up a holiday apartment. The location to the center of town was also great!

The property was in a great and central location. Very clean and ideal for our purposes.
Unfortunately, we arrived on a public holiday and finding the key lock was very difficult as the instruction video was very confusing and sent us to the wrong door! This video needs to be reviewed and made clearer please.

The apartment is fantastic, it truly exceeded my expectations. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated, with the admirable attention to details. The bed and couch are comfy, the shower is amazing. I really felt like a royalty at my stay here. If I ever find myself in Klagenfurt again, I'd chose this apartment again.
The only thing I didn't like was the balcony separator. You could hear the people from the next apartment really loudly, and the barrier was not solid. Not a huge issue, but it felt like the balcony wasn't private so I couldn't relax there.
