Not easy to find. Google position close, but not accurate. No restaurant nearby , nothing within walking distance. Better if you have a car. Catching a taxi early in the morning is a problem. I asked the night before to book a taxi to the airport (Bolt in the morning is not available) The driver was 18 minutes late and asked 30 manat🤔 to the airport around 10 km, (he was a owner personal taxi driver, not yellow car ) ! I paid, but I was not happy about this 🤔 It should have been 10 manat.

I had the best time at the Hasanovs Villa and would recommend it to anyone visiting Baku. The location is great - very close to the airport and to the sea at the same time. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and the villa has a beautiful garden with pomegranate, fig, grape, and pear trees. Staying here takes you back to a carefree childhood, with the smell of fresh grass and the cackling of chickens. The whole property is well kept and organized, you feel safe and well accommodated there. The best part, of course, is the amazing host, Hasan, who made this stay so pleasant and to whom I’m very grateful. He greeted me, guided me to the accommodation, explained everything, and helped me settle in. I was coming only for a short stay but really wanted to see the Caspian Sea. Originally, I thought I would walk, but Hasan drove me there, offered me tea, and made it such a memorable experience - the kindest hospitality I’ve ever encountered in my travels. He also greeted me in the morning when I was checking out and helped me fix my bag, which saved my trip to the airport. I’m incredibly grateful for this hospitality - it’s such a rare gift nowadays. I wish the host and this beautiful villa all the very best, with prosperity and many guests who can appreciate this place as much as I did. Thank you very much, and now, whenever anyone goes to Baku, I know exactly which villa to recommend 🤍

We arrived and was hosted immediately no issues, mid age speaks English owns the place and showed us the room. They’ve a restaurant which we would have liked to try but the payment was only cash which we don’t have cuz it was our last day In short Great value for price Has garden and many rooms Fast internet, AC, parking, towels 10mins from airport Indoor restaurant, payment only cash, airport ride payment cash

I do not recommend this place if you plan to visit the center, unless you’ve a car. We took it only last day before our flight

I stayed at the Hasanovs villa for one night with my kids because we had a transfer flight. The ride from the airport was short (about 15 minutes) and very comfortable. The house and the gardens are very beautiful. The children enjoyed playing with cats, learning how pomegranates grow, and looking at chickens and fish. The environment is calm. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. We jad a view to the garden from our room. The host provided us with a delicious dinner. I definitely recommend this house

Delightful place, villa with a absolutely stunning gardens, very well taken care of, beautiful and clean throughout, inside and outside. Friendly staff, warm welcome. The host Ahbar is a wonderful man, conveniently picked me up from the airport late at night and drove me back on my departure. Everything was so easy going and warm heartedly and professionally arranged for my transfer and check in. Throughout my stay I felt great, enjoyed comfy bed, beautiful veranda, gardens and even life chickens roaming around in the yard. The yard is well equipped for adults and children to enjoy a pool and swings, and delicious home made food and wine 24/7! I wholeheartedly recommend Hasanovs villa to solo travellers like myself and couples/ families. I will definitely stay there again when in beautiful Baku 💝 Thank you, Ahbar, for all your hard work, kind heart and professionalism 🙏🌞

A saviour came when we needed one. We missed our flight to Tbilisi in the afternoon, straight onto Booking and Hasanovs came up. Quick messages, all confirmed, and we were picked up within 30 minutes. Fabulous villa in a quiet residential location, beautiful gardens, quiet and well spaced out. Home made meal cooked for us. We had an early rebooked flight and the host kindly took us to the airport for a moderate fee. We were in a spot of bother missing our flight the day before, but the Gods shone on us that day by pointing us towards Hasanovs

Mr. Hasanovs is one of the best, humble and nice person I met, His Villa is full of real nature, trees with fruits, Grass, Birds, very calm and peacefull location, close to the Airport and Sea views. Homemade delicious food is also availabe in his Restaurant with a reasonable price. I really enjoyed my 2 days stay. Strongly recommend this place for tourists.

The owner was super kind, friendly and patient. We really enjoyed his love for his animals and his property. The location was ideal as we needed a place near the airport to pick them up really early and still come back to sleep a couple hours. The rooms are comfortable. We had a delicious breakfast with items sourced from the garden.

A nice, new, and clean villa with a kind and helpful owner. Free parking is available, and it’s only a 15-minute drive to the airport. Hasan offered to organize transport to the airport for approximately €15 (30 manat), which was very convenient. This is an excellent option for an overnight stay when catching a connecting flight.

Hasanovs Villaa is wonderful place. The owner of the Villas is very Humble and Helpful person. Envoirment and location is very good. I really enjoy my Stay at Hasanovs Villas. strogly Recommended if you Visit Baku.
