Great experience right from the start being met at the airport by friendly and professional member of staff. Safe and secure transport only took about ten minutes to get to the hotel - which is great after a long flight. Staff on duty at reception when I arrived were excellent and got me through the admin and into my room in quick time. Very comfortable and clean room. The team at reception the next morning, Ema, Zihan and Uzzol, were great and facilitated transport to the airport for my transit flight. Very friendly and professional and accommodated any request I had with a smile. I even got a chocolate from Ema! If you are looking for a place to stay during a short stopover between transit flights, or somewhere longer as a base for Dhaka, I totally recommend it.

There were some construction sounds going on over night, but I imagine that this is a temporary thing and didn't run the overall performance of the hotel and staff.

Literally five minutes from the airport, but still quiet enough for a quick transit nap or longer stay. Great restaurant on the roof and gym. The Duty Manager at reception Nipu is a great, funny, professional guy who goes out of his way to ensure you have everything you need. From a customer point of view, their recognition of repeat business through room upgrades where possible or free airport transfers means a lot. Definitely recommend.

Gym is a little tight if there are more than a couple of people in it, but good when it’s quiet.

The people that work there are simply amazing! They were focused and strived to meet every need, were courteous, and were ready to action to make things comfortable. I stayed there for ten nights. I am impressed with their desire to achieve excellence in each interaction I had with them. It is very close to the Airport. It is a different world in the hotel compared to the outside. Very safe, in front of a major road. Their restaurant has excellent food, primarily local dishes and a mixture of Chinese food. I recommend paying upfront for the breakfast buffet, and you will like it—money well spent.

There is nothing to dislike about the property!

Super close to the airport, the food at the bar is really good. Staff were super helpful as well! Bed was super comfortable and the room was a good size.

The shower clogs if you don’t get cleaning in even for 1 day. Also, not the properties fault but because there are generally a lot of mosquitos, it’s hard to relax at the bar even if the food, view and ambience is nice.

Clean Hotel close to the airport with friendly staff and comfortable rooms with good windows keeping some noise out (but not all) . Rooftop restaurant with view over airport is a nice idea (if the air would be less poisonous) - but the grilled local fish was really good.

The airport road is really noisy and even the good windows do not help. having an open-air roof-top restaurant with airport view would be in many other places a cool idea - but due to the airpolution in Dhaka it does not actually work that well. Charging 9 $ for the airport transfer (ca. 500 meters) and 12 $ for a beer in the restaurant is close overpriced .

Luxury business hotel, good clean rooms, great facilities. The bar and roof top grill restaurant was very good and the food was excellent. The staff were great. Location is very convenient near the international airport.

Noise from traffic and city was still there, but in Dhaka there’s no way to really avoid that. The mattress was a little hard. Was a little pricey but aimed at business travellers so understandable and was probably of value.

The service was exceptional from the start. They were polite and extremely helpful and accommodating. My suitcase did not arrive and the person on the front desk, Nipu and all his colleagues, particularly Ahad, went out of their way to follow up and ensure that my suitcase was delivered to the hotel. Ahad even stayed on past the end of his shift to ensure that I received the suitcase in good order. It was a wonderful introduction to Bangladesh. I did not have the opportunity to visit the spa which is my only regret.

A wonderful hotel located in the main road with high quality amenities, very clean and neat and modern designed and very comfortable rooms. We had a lovely 1 night stay and we were really impressed by their standard of cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism. Food is great and the staff are all very nice and courteous. bathroom amenities are great too and everything is top notch. Definitely one of the best hotels in Dhaka hands down.

Affordable Airport pickup and shuttle service are very much convenient for anyone arriving Dhaka at anytime of the day. Hotel reception is cordial and helpful. Don't miss the fantastic buffet breakfast conveniently available till 10am! Room and toilet were sparking clean, it felt unbelievable to have a hotel like this 5mins away from Airport in Dhaka.

Food was excellent.. room was so clean and bed was really comfortable. AC worked great and the people were helpful and friendly.. they even printed a few documents for us and delivered them to our room.. will definitely stay there again..

The sheer number of confusing light switches in the room. Sometimes up is on, down is on, always have to hit like 5 switches to turn on the right light..Really that's a stretch though as the room was excellent..
