Everything was excellent, the Staff, the Food, the Management, very close to the airport and just 400 Taka for an Uber to Gulshan 2, I enjoyed my 3 weeks at the Hotel, Hotel cleanliness was first class, the laundry service was fantastic and you can have a beer if you want one, the perfect business Hotel at a very competitive cost.

Great stay! I had a last minute change in my trip and needed to stay close to the airport. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the hotel and wandering around the area! The staff was extremely helpful and walked me to the ATM across the street to make sure I found it. The room was very cozy and the bathroom was very nice and clean. Room service for dinner was great and decently priced. The buffet breakfast had a great combo of Western and South Asian food. Do note that it claims to be five minutes away from the airport but this is Dhaka. Traffic is crazy there so give yourself some wiggle room when leaving for the airport. Very pleased with my stay

Best Western plus Maya is located in central Dhaka. The hotel is very clean anddecorative simple but very modern,staff are very friendly and polite. The restaurant has international cuisine,the food is wonderful . We had a day tour with the hotel arranged private taxi around Dhaka city. It was great sightseeing and in comfort. It was just amazing to stay in Best Western plus Maya .

I was anxious about staying alone, but every person I encountered was so professional and so helpful that I quickly got over that. The bedding was clean and wonderful, especially compared to other hotels where I stayed. Breakfast had a full variety of food choices. Everything was so clean and the air conditioning worked well.

I needed to call because the wi-fi code in the room didn't work, but I received immediate assistance to switch to another wi-fi option.

I like the location, the staffs, and cleanness of the hotel. They have their shuttle to airport but charge $20 and I said it was too much, then they helped me to get an Uber to airport. Everything was wonderful and I will definitely stay in this hotel again in next time.

The hotel is pretty new and close to the airport. Bed was comfy, AC was amazing and the view was just fantastic. The large windows brought in loads of natural light. Very quiet room. Safety access available too. Friendly Staff among them Mr Nahid their reception Manager and also Tareq, Alvi, Mamun, Asad were great..

Expected Buffet Breakfast though they explained the Ramadhan Sohur and set breakfast. But Comparatively food cost is too much higher than other hotels.

Clean and comfortable place close to the airport with a great staff. We had to leave the hotel at 4.30 am and when we arrived at the reception, they had prepared excellent breakfast boxes while our driver was waiting for us. The roof terrace with the sunset, the pool and a good drink was also a huge plus.

Our room was quite high but we could still hear some car horns at night. But difficult to avoid noise in Dhaka I assume :)

What do you expect when you are on a business travel? I am sure one would look for comfort and peace. That's what this hotel provides. The whole staff I met were courteous and helping. Special mention for F&B Manager Moshiur Rahman Chowdhury. He made everything possible to make sure that I was getting what I want to eat. Hotel is clean, rooms are just decent size, roof top pool and small cafe arrangement gives you a good feel. Watching sunset from there was amazing.

I had given suggestions to F&B Manager already to make the menu purely global to suit everyone's need. That's the only point I want to mention here. I saw some changes already happening towards end of my trip.

Hospitality was great , staffs are very polite and helpful. Hotel manager was great ,food was excellent. Definitely will stay here in future on my future trips.

All in all good .

My wife and I had a very long layover between flight to and from Dhaka. Rather than sit for a good part of the day at the airport, this was a welcoming, convenient, clean, and comfortable place to stay at a very reasonable cost.
