Plenty of hot water was not available from the shower. The air was quite dry when the air conditioner was turned on.

The hotel far exceeded my expectations. It was very located in a very central, busy, yet safe/quiet part of town. Dhaka traffic is awful, but it was a very easy journey from the airport. You can also get around with Uber tuk tuk really easily. But it was the staff that made everything so amazing. The hotel manager gave me complimentary breakfast, and was incredibly helpful with giving me recommendations for further travel, and even arranged for one of his staff guys, Akash, to accompany personally to my next destination. It was very difficult trying to find the local bus, so Akash was AMAZING at getting me to my next stop. Such a nice guy, and the entire team (manager, office staff, and bell boys) were so helpful. 10/10 anytime!

The breakfast buffet was very nice, but not amazing. It had more limited options than other hotels. But I did enjoy the made-to-order omelette. The bed was also a bit hard. But nothing crazy... it didn't disrupt my sleep.

Room service. They are professional on it. They are responsive about it.

I didn't like their Breakfast. It's not value for money. Not at all! Almost 900/- per person but only limited foods. This buffet breakfast doesn't go with the standard of the hotel. So keep in mind that breakfast not included with the regular roomfair. Booking.com free breakfast option for ginues 2 showing free but no option to select it. And didn't provide me any picture of the breakfast though I asked from them many times. I hope they will a solution by talking with the booking.com.

"Everything was excellent in this hotel. Whether you're staying for leisure or business purposes, it is the BEST hotel in Dhaka. We've been to Dhaka before, and no hotel compares to Hotel Empyrean. We didn't have any stomach issues, and the restaurant is excellent. The waiter named Taz was great! The entire staff is very friendly at all times. Anis and Liza at the reception are true professionals and friends, always ready to help with anything, expecting nothing in return except that you are satisfied! Honestly, this place is simply THE BEST!! Don't hesitate to book either the Superior or the triple room, both are great! The room service is excellent! The café is my favorite spot in the hotel. You can hear the birds singing, and there's a view of the trees. I need silence to sleep, and I received a quiet room, for which I am very grateful. If I return to Dhaka, I will gladly stay at this hotel with my husband again. The breakfasts were varied and delicious. Truly a professional and friendly team!!! 10/10"

The staffs were extraordinarily friendly! The location was also not too far from my exam venue (PLAB 1). The breakfast was good, room service and food was very fast. The restaurant and cafe (room service) were great! The rides booked to and from the exam venues (in Tokyo Square Conventional) were extremely reliable and the young male staff was so respectful and hard-working. It was a very nice experience and the reception staffs were impressive overall! Very safe area! There is also a small shop downstairs next to the hotel which sells essential stuff like soap, facial cleanser, lotion, etc. if you forget to bring them.

Maybe the cleanliness could have been better, the room could have been cleaner and the vanity kits, toothpaste, toothbrush and bathrobes should have been given 2 sets, (1 for each guest). Slightly stingy on the shampoo and shower gel for 2 people (only given 1 small tube). The transport from the airport to the hotel could have been more reliable or if there's traffic jam or any delays, the customers should have been told by chat/email and not having to wait and call.

The location of the hotel and the quietness of surrounding area is great. Also the food was so good. Liked their restaurant in the open space. Overall I liked this hotel.

Menu card of the restaurant and the Intercom contact list was missing while my stay at the hotel. Sometimes noises came of the outside of my room which seems that particular rooms was not soundproof. So, if they should work on it then i believe they can do better in the market.

Good location, in a cleaner part of the city. Personnel was very keen to help, and very nice. One particular very appreciated thing was that they gave us a room in which to take a shower, before we left in the last day, free of charge, even tough we checked out in the morning. Very good a la cart restaurant on the 6th level.

An unpleasant situation was created when we paid the room...even tough on Booking we had a price in USD, when we wanted to pay, the price was 10-15% higher. They said that it is because some difference in exchange from USD to THAKA, but in that case one should have the possibility to pay on booking app...which is not possible...it seemed like a scam.

A budget friendly option for business travellers and a superb value for money. The staff is extremely professional, courteous and go out of the way to make the guest comfortable. The rooms are comfortable, neat and well kept. The hotel can be quickly accessed by the expressway leading to the airport - took me 30 mins on a busy day.

The location is a bit far from the main areas of Gulshan, but in a quiet neighbourhood and out of the hustle of Dhaka – which I quite prefer.

Great location, premium facilities, very friendly staff. Also very comprehensive facilities including restaurant, cafe, groceries, all right there. Staff even refunded us for the last night when we had to check out early. I would definitely rebook if I need to come back!

The wifi was not fantastic though it did the job, and the restaurant food was a bit disappointing for the price point, but all small issues.
