Excellent location for visiting Kortrijk Expo. High quality hotel with reasonable price. Staff was very nice and room was clean :-)

Parking area is quite limited compared to hotel size. I imagine many people visiting are coming to Kortrijk Expo by car. There is an office block right next to hotel, I noticed a car coming after me had to go there for parking as I took last available spot in hotel parking area. OK during weekends, probably not OK during weekdays. Maybe hotel has a parking arrangement with that office block, but there were no signs about it. So, I was lucky, but be prepared to come early if you want to be sure about parking.

This is a very well maintained, comfortable hotel with friendly and efficient staff. I had a great sleep in the bed. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is situated a little way out of town but I knew that when I booked and it's a very easy 40 minute walk to the centre. The hotel totally met my needs.

We stayed here a year prior and this year we had a superior room, compared to the regular room last year. It was very similar in the sense that it was just as comfortable and nice as the stay before. A huge shoutout to the staff and Louise in particular! She remembered us from last year and was exceptionally kind!

Our room was adjacent to the roundabout and we had our windows open. You do notice the cars in terms of smell. In addition, the carpet on the floor in the room had quite some strains. I don't think you can solve that quickly, but it definitely is noticable.

Room and overall really nice hotel

Advertised with electric charging which is why I booked it, but upon arrival I was told they didn't have electric charging which caused me a nightmare as I had to go and find one and then missed evening dinner.

For breakfast provide gluten free bread. In general breakfast was perfect. Free parking. Clean rooms, quiet location, with good access by car.

The breakfast was lovely,well presented and Lots of items to choose from.

The directions were awful,my husband has used the Kennedy many times and hoped to use again it is still on site but is now known as the IBIS we got so lost and the sign needs to be a lot bigger.

Comfy bed... nice soft flow shower..and great brekkie

The lift was a pain going up and down when pressing the opposite buttons

The staff was very nice and accommodating. We were in a junior suit and it was very spacious.

The lighting in the room was very poor.

Very nice, beautiful and quiet place!

The room was very clean as was the bathroom. We enjoyed the available ritual soaps. The beds were comfortable. It was easy to park at the accommodation.

The room was a little noisy, we could hear the loud tv from our neighbours. It was a shame for the price, that there was no kettle for making hot beverages or a mini fridge available in the standard room.
