We absolutely loved the host, she's such a lovely, golden-hearted woman. She welcomed us much later than the initially agreed time (we let her know in advance of course, but still...) and she was smiling and super kind the whole time. She let us park our car just in front of the entrance of the building and expressed extreme flexibility when discussing the check-out time. The room was neat and very clean, tastefully arranged and decorated. The bathroom was big and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! We really got everything we needed!

The stairs to get to the first floor (where our room was) were pretty creaky, but we were mostly worried to bother the other resident, it was not too much of a big deal for us :)

We chose to stay here because it was close to Bruges and Ghent. The owner, Caroline, welcomed us very friendly. Since she knew that we were traveling with our 2 small children, she even prepared toys for them in the room. The room was very clean. When we needed to cook for our baby, Caroline opened the kitchen for us at 11:00 at night. you can park your car in front of house There is a very nice garden and playground where small children can play. Close to markets, bakeries, etc.

Good size room; well situated for Ghent. Comfortable and clean. Large double bed. Easy to park. Would gladly stay again.

The town had nowhere to eat. We used Carrefour to get some food, and ate it in the bedroom. The town was without any visible signs of life when we arrived in the evening. We also suffered a mis-communication over arrival arrangements as the host was not at home and we did not pick up her telephone message. I think this was a last-minute problem and not a regular occurrence. She rang back after our call to her, but it would be better to have clearer instructions about the arrival as the room is in the building next to the address given, and initially we were baffled! It appears we could have ordered breakfast, but this was not offered on the Booking.com website

Very nice apartment, clean, with new furniture, comfortable for two families or a couple to stay. The owner was very kind and welcoming. Parking spot. Not far from Gent (15 min by car). Shared bathroom was balanced by a WC downstairs (in case of need). I recommend!

There was no fridge and microwave in the apartment, but the owner allowed us to use the fridge in the common area and the microwave in the kitchen. That was very nice!

It was possible to feel as if I was staying at a home rather than a typical which I much more prefer. There are nespresso machine, tea as well as hair dryer in addition to other essential items such as towels, hand soap, etc. The room was at the 1st floor, alongside with 1 more room on the same floor and there was a toilet as well as drinks available with payment in the fridge on the ground floor. The host madam is very friendly to instruct every information in detail.

The curtain is not prepared in the shower and waters did sprayed all over the restroom floor despite I tried my best to not to. However, this is to point out the only thing I can hardly think of. I still want to point out this accommodation was more than my expectation.

The owner is nice and helpful. Rooms and the bathroom were very clean. It was nice to have coffee machine, hot water and tea in the room. We did not drink extra drinks but I checked the price list and prices were normal. We traveled with our car, so location of the house was easy to reach for us and we easily visited Bruges and Ghent.

Very peaceful and quiet location in a small village near Ghent - we use it as a base to visit the surroundings (Ghent, Anvers, Breda, Bruges) all being reachable by car in 30 min to 1 hour driving. The rooms were big enough and very clean. The host is also was very nice and helpful.

the property is located outside of Gent but the neighbourhood is very charming too. The lady who runs it is a delight and the breakfast is absolutely outstanding!

What an amazing stay we had. Nothing was to much trouble for Caroline. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The decor was pretty my children loved it. Location was in a beautiful part of town. And the breakfast was soooo good. 10 out of 10 for us. Thank you Caroline

Very friendly welcome. Nice room, clean and all things available. Breakfast was with a lot of fresh ingredients and a lot of different things. Very good.

The shower was without shower curtain. That is the only thing that could be better. All the rest was very nice.
