There is a choice of 4 or 5 breakfasts daily and they were all good. Some had homemade jellies from local fruits. Everything was delicious and hot. Service was fast but always time for pleasant talk. Breakfast was for resort guests so it was never crowded. The staff were so friendly and nice, giving great advice and really became friends. The prices for happy hour were ridiculously cheap!! The pool was warm and right outside our room.

There was really nothing lacking or nothing the staff would not do for you!! They would drive you to their sister club Pur down the road. They provided rides to and from the ferry.

The staff was amazing! The location was perfect! We stayed in the Stingray room, and you just go outside and the bar/pool was right there and the ocean just a few more feet back! Our daughter loved their hotel dog, Dakota, and we just had a wonderful time! They picked us up and dropped us off, and we set up all our excursions right from our own pier. They even helped our daughter catch her first fish! Great Resort!

Location right on the water. Small and intimate experience. The staff are amazing. Friendly and helpful. We stayed in Shark Reef which was a real treat. Top floor with a delightful view. The restaurant, Aji, is the best we found. Location is in a quiet area. Renting a golf cart is easy and helps. You will go to the secret beach and Bella Vista is well situated for the trip.

We didn't like leaving. We stayed 3 nights and it was great But if you can stay for 5 nights ❤️

We extensively travel and the staff was beyond excellent. You were treated like family, they greeted you by name whenever they saw you and were always responsible of any asks you had. The food was excellent, they make a breakfast jelly that should be on Shark Tank (BEST EVER), the Christmas dinner had a beautiful setting with the water in the background. We would recommend anyone staying there, you will be treated like family. They rescued a dog and if you want to see a tail wag, throw a coconut (like a ball) and this will go on as long as you want to play.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were very nice, food was good, the grounds were constantly keep clean. We had an issue with our original accommodation and we were upgraded due to Appt availability. Overall very nice and recommended. Hope to revisit.

Really no complaints. Everyone(staff) were nice and caring. They really want you to enjoy your stay at the resort.

We ended up staying at PUR Private Suites which is a partner property of BV. The host could not have been any nicer or more accommodating. The pool was very private.

There is no view of the beach and there was some traffic noise noticeable at certain times. One large palm tree provides some poolside shade.

The staff were very helpful with arranging tours/transport, and also generally around the hotel. It's in a nice location slightly away from the main town, so it's a bit more relaxed than being right in the centre (though you can easily get there by golf cart). The room was much bigger than we were expecting, and the on-site restuarant / breakfast was also really nice. We had a great time!

The resort is a little far from town but my friends and I liked that as we felt we had more space to ourselves. The property is right by the ocean but not really a beach. There is paddle boards and kayaks. There is enough to do at the property to be entertained without leaving.

The staff was very personable and extremely helpful. The suite was very comfortable. The food at their restaurant, Aji was excellent! The location was not too far from downtown San Pedro. We really enjoyed our stay.

I only wish there was more beachfront on the property.

The staff were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. The location to the reef was great. We used on site kayaks to paddle out to the reef, it took about 20min, and then snorkeled around. The location to town is convenient but far enough to be quiet.

The bed and pillows were not great. Everything else in our room was wonderful.
