very friendly price and beautiful room, friendly staff too

bathroom was clean but ugly and the shower windows don’t close, I was in a serious cold while taking a shower hahaha but it was ok

I enjoyed my stay. The room was cozy and so clean! EXCELLENT! (The cleaning lady did really a great job!) Also, this hotel has great coffee machine at the reception.

The reception service was average. At my arrival I wasn’t helped with the luggage, and they gave me a tablet to check in myself. So, where’s the service? Not really welcoming, at first. The second day was better, though!

Rafa was amazing! He looked out for us and gave us so many great recommendations. He made our stay AWESOME;) and he is definitely our favorite person in Brazil.

The room was big, clean and with everything needed. The receptionist was very polite and kind. We had a misunderstanding about the price as I've booked twice but all has been solved.

Would be helpful if they will have a restaurant where people can enjoy some brasilian food, it is a poor area for food lovers. The only thing close by is a cafeteria.

Hotel offers a good trade by the price. The location is excelent, possible to go walking to the city bus station and taxi easy access to airport.

The breakfast happens in another building. The shower is electrical, the tap has not hot water.

Really good location in a safe area and the rooms are kept clean and tidy . Good shower , good aircon , comfy bed . Helpful staff who can store your luggage for some time after the check out if necessary.

The bed mattress wasn't really in good shape. It was like worn out, and I couldn't get a good night sleep. Noisy neighborhood and the room was not sound proof.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. And it was safe to stay there by myself.

There was not much around, I couldn't find a restaurant also was Sunday everything was closed.

The breakfast R$28 is worth with their food and environment. The staff also friendly. I will choose this hotel again when back to Florianopolis if i want to stay at centro.

Next time i would like to request a room not next to the lift as there is a noice when the guest back to hotel at night/midnight time.

Decent enough hotel to rest for the night. A/C worked well, window view and close enough to walk around downtown Floripa.
