Solid hotel with a great, central location downtown. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and night life. Has a true king size bed, great included breakfast, and affordable wash-and-fold laundry service.

The entire hotel is "narrow but tall", so the bathrooms, gym, and pool area all feel quite small. The gym in particular is a fairly odd assortment of equipment. The breakfast is good, but for a little bit more, the LK design hotel next door is exceptional. WiFi is fussy and not really suitable for remote work or Zoom calls.

The Novotel offered a good stay. The view was pleasant, the room size was adequate, and the shower was delightful. The location also proved to be quite convenient for my needs.

Unfortunately, the inadequate soundproofing significantly impacted the comfort of the room. Additionally, the limited English communication among some staff members occasionally made interactions less efficient.

The breakfast buffet and restaurant were good but not exceptional. The view of the Bahia Norte is outstanding from rooms in the front of the hotel. The walking and biking paths along the shore are great. The location provides nearby access to shopping, restaurants and other services such as the Farmacia Popular Preco and laundry.

The pool of the hotel was closed during our stay.

Great hotel, staff very friendly especially the guy that welcomes the guests for breakfast very friendly. Well positioned with easy access to close by shopping centre and restaurants. Loved the walks on the promenade next to the sea.

Maybe need to put in some better quality mattresses the one i had was a bit tired. Most hotels in Brazil offer memory foam mattresses which are better for my back

The staff were so kind and helpful. When I mentioned I wanted to see a specific place, they arranged a drive to take me in a tour, and an English speaking guide to help! After travelling for 30 hours, they helped me arrange appointments and called places for me when I couldn’t understand. I was so very grateful for them, especially Carlos and Caio!

Check in was easy, staff spoke English and were friendly. We paid for parking and loved that they would bring our car up to us and park it as and when we came and went. We loved that we were across the road from the waterfront and it super close the the mall and many restaurants. The breakfast was great every morning and there were lots of options. My kids loved the wee play room available to use. The room was spacious for a family of four. We loved the roof top pool and the view was amazing.

Location in front of the sea with a great sea view (if you’re in the rooms at the front). Some good restaurants and coffee shops very near. It’s a safe area also and nice to walk in the path by the sea.

The sound proofing isn’t perfect, you can hear sounds from rooms when in the corridor

It’s actually a very nice hotel. Modern, all facilities in good shape, good breakfast.

The traffic. There’s a 9 lane road in between the hotel and the boardwalk at the shore. You could hear it well at night.

In general what I am missing in Brazil in all hotels is a water heater with tea and coffee as well as a gratis water on arrival

No pool service. You cannot have a drink by the pool. Maybe because there is not much space there; and they want to avoid overcrowded use of the pool area… nevertheless, it is a nice place, with a good view
