Breakfast was very good. The staff helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Check in took a long time for being 1:30am. The AC did not work. The front desk clerk was nice enough to come up and try to get it working, but he was unsuccessful. So, they gave us a different room. There are 2 small elevators for a 10-story hotel, so they are very busy near Check out time. We parked a car in the garage. It was tight, but not much of a problem. The problem is leaving from G2, the lower garage. It's very steep to exit and you exit onto a busy street with people on the sidewalk. There should an alarm to notify passersby that a car is coming up.

The localization is very nice and its in the city center so you can go anywhere in the island.

Information about breakfast should be more clear in the booking website because many people thought that the breakfast was included, but actually it was not.

A clean, functional room and hotel. Wifi worked well. Good breakfast.

Excellent location, in the city center, in a walking distance from the intercity bus station.

I arrived very late after midnight and very tired and the staff who received me was having difficulties to use the POS machine to charge my stay and he refused to check in because of that. I had enough EUR and USD, but he refused them as payment and could not also exchange the money to Reais. He asked me to look for ATM to get Reais at that time, but most of the ATMs in the city only accept Brazilian cards. Fortunately, after some time arguing with the staff, I remembered that I had some Reais that I was planning to use on the following morning, and it was enough to pay for that night stay.

absolutely loved the place - I had the impression they really do care about their guests, friendly staff, possibility to keep the bags, great breakfast even with gluten free options, nice rooms, clean and nice. I was traveling alone and couldnt have felt safer - would definitely stay again.

Great location, very central, even though we didn't have a great view from our window. Staff were very helpful and pleasant

it would be better if they offered a few more items i.e. shower cap, soap, cotton pads etc. on the second day the pao de queijo (cheese bread) was as hard as a rock but it was one only, the others were fresh.

All worked well, good shower and comfortable room, for the value.

Communication between staff members could’ve been better. I had asked for a short late checkout (12:45), but the other staff member didn’t know and went up to my room (at 12:15) to ask if I was leaving.

Nice place to stay for a few days and discover the downtown area.. clean and safe !

Wifi service must be improved

It's a great room with a restaurant attached to the hotel, simple no frills, and quiet so that you can rest up! Bed was comfortable as well

AC buttons were a bit confusing to play around with, but overall not too bad.
