I was really impressed by this hotel, especially all the staff, who were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Everything from checkin to checkout, including my 4am pickup went smoothly. The hotel is in a good location, clean with good facilities, and the breakfast buffet is good too.

The fitness room is outside the hotel and it is not open on Sundays. Breakfast is good but not too much choice.

Everything clean and tidy. The hotel staff very polite and gentle from the beginning till the checkout and get the car. It surprised us by the gentleness of everyone there.

The room was not huge but enough. The cable tv was full of channels with plenty of options. The breakfast was delicious and with a variety of tastes.

Nice location in the middle of the very interesting old town of Floripa. Very walkable, for instance to the cathedral or the market. The street was quite and I could get some good sleep. Very nice breakfast, with fresh fruits and a veriety of cakes.

Beautiful, clean, and well-located hotel in central Floripa! The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind with everything we needed. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the restaurant was clean and spacious.

Great location; spacious room and very very comfy bed

Even though I booked a room with a balcony, I got a room without! I was too tired to complain. Breakfast needs improvement; eg cannot be that the cheese served is dried up and looks having been there for ages!

Very nice room, good shower, helpful staff, good location and big variation of breakfast buffet. We did really like it there and will come back.
