The location and the view of the sea ideal. Check in staff extremely nice and accommodating in every way and remained so during our entire stay. All spoke perfect English. Especially the concierge Felipe who is very service minded and was able to arrange a two day sightseeing tour with a local operator. He responded to all emails in a highly professional manner and usually within hours of sending one. The pool area is wonderful and modern. The view while swimming in the infinity pool is spectacular. We had dinner and drinks served at the pool and service and quality of food were very high. The ambiance more so. The buffet breakfast is extensive, attentive staff and of high quality with fresh food items.

Although we had a wonderful room we felt that the room itself was a bit small for being an upgraded room in a 5 star property.

Breakfast was delicious. The bar and pool area wasn’t packed which was nice. The view on the rooftop was beautiful and it was a great spot to hang out. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly. Many options to eat in the hotel as well, between the restaurant, bar and rooftop.

It would have been a 10 if I didn’t have issues with the AC. I had called to ask someone to fix it and they mentioned they were on it. But when I woke up it was still not fixed. It ended up fixing itself. I was offered to switch rooms but it was late at night and we had just landed and unpacked.

The rooftop pool bar views were spectacular of the surrounding cities, hills, and lakes. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and professional & good English speakers too. The restaurant breakfast had an array of excellent food. The toom and facilities at the hotel were super clean. It's also only a short walk to some excellent Portuguese restaurants like El Senor & located across the corner from a Farmacia (pharmacy). For Dias dos Namorados, they had a live band with excellent music. The concierge provided us excellent advice with a private boat tour to explore the surrounding Islands complete with itineraries & schedules to perfectly catch a beautiful sunset at an excellent beach restaurant. Overall, my wife and I and our friends, another Brazilian couple who we traveled with & stayed there as well, we all had an excellent experience. We highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was excellent.

Absolutely everything. Impeccable service, fantastic infrastructure and really friendly staff. Breakfast and rooftop were second to none. Big shout out to Everton, all the reception crew, and the Argentinian bellman that went above and beyond to make our stay extremely pleasant

Nothing to not like about this place. It is expensive, but worth every penny.

The hotel was very well located, with great access to the main places on the island. I also had a privileged view of the fireworks for New Year's Eve and during the period we were in the hotel, the service was great, with a clear dedication to comfort and friendliness with guests.

Unfortunately, the options on the restaurant menu were not as broad.

The whole stay was amazing- from the welcome drink at the front desk till the end of my stay. The breakfast was great. The gym was proper equipped, the rooftop swimming pool was fabulous.

The shampoo in my bathroom wasn't refilled and I didn't get shower gel everyday.

The Hotel seems like it's brand new. It has a super high-end design with great facilities. Live music every night in the chic lobby with cocktails. A stunning rooftop pool area and bar with great service, and an amazing breakfast! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Love this place!

Everything was great.

The hotel is beautiful, my room was nice and big and breakfast was amazing, so many options. The staff were lovely and so helpful. It really helped that the reception staff and concierge spoke English because my Portuguese is very poor.

It's a bit pricey. The restaurant dinner menu is very limited.

We arrived in Florionapolis by plane in the middle of the night. We had selected the hotel because it has 24-hour check-in possibility and because of its location in the centre of the city, but with sea view. We stayed 2 nights, in order to get some rest after a long travel from the Netherlands and to be able to do some shopping. The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms with sea view very nice and spacious enough for a few nights, and with a very nice restaurant. On one side is the seashore, very nice for a walk. On the other side enough shops and other facilities at walking distance. Employees were very client friendly. For our rented car we could use their valet parking. We liked the hotel very much!

The best thing I can say about the stay here was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, available and always willing to provide assistance. As an English speaker, they made it very easy with multiple bi-lingual personnel to have easy conversations and made me feel very welcome!

I was extremely disappointed that the hotel decided to close the rooftop pool, 3 out of the 5 days that we were there. The rooftop pool was one of, if not the main draw to selecting this hotel, especially at the price point. There were many other more economical options that were seemingly as nice, but we chose to stay here because of the rooftop pool and barely had access to it, especially when the weather was not good for the beach. In addition, the location is less than ideal to visit beaches, as all the beaches were at least 20-25 minute drive from the hotel.
