Staff was friendlier than average other hotels. They kindly referred me to the contracted tour agency when I asked about options to efficiently travel and see the Argentinian side of the Iguazu Falls. TV had hundreds of channels and Netflix available for free.

There should be a better explanation on the no tossing toilet paper into the toilet because people from regions where toilet papers are tossed into the toilet are not familiar with the situation. Also, hotel restaurant was closed for dinner.

The hotel absolutely corresponded to what was stated in the description, the photos were also true. We were accepted before the official check in time. They replaced the room card we lost for free. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The Argentine wine at the bar is excellent. It's also great that you can go to the lounge, it's quite well-equipped.

It can be quite noisy outside, and the windows do not protect against external noise.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is nice, but a little outdated, but functional, clean and well maintained. The Breakfast/ Restaurant area is like you are in Italy, including with Italian caffe crema (Italian coffee). Location is also ok, not very hard to reach the Iguazu Falls

Convenient location near a large shopping mall. Breakfast was excellent, with a range of healthy options. The hotel offered a pool and gym which I sadly did not have time to use given my schedule.

A little disappointed with the evening meal options. It would have also been very helpful for breakfast to commence at 6am rather than 6:30am to allow early departures on tours etc. No laundry service on site, but pick up by a local laundromat can be arranged.

Everything. The staff are great, the breakfast is amazing and the rooms are perfect. The photos don’t do it justice. We had a triple room - our 4 year old slept in the single bed - which was lower. Beds comfortably, shower big, good hairdryer… The restaurant on site was great too!

Hotel and room in perfect condicions. Kind staff. Very good localization, close to mall and market. Super recomended.

Everything! When walking into the hotel, you feel as if you’ve been transported to Italy! The facilities are great, with a high quality and varied breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and massive TV in bedroom. We came to this hotel unexpectedly after a terrible stay at another nearby hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the hotel! Room service was also delicious.

Excellent hotel, at European standards. I was surprised , didn’t expect it as I was not looking at high end accommodations. The hotel features lot of paintings and Italian related decoration, very nice and interesting to see. (I wonder how an Italian would feel here :) The breakfast is generous and has lots of different dishes, all tasty.

Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast (open 6:30-10 AM) offered a variety of fruits, cereals, deli meats, cheeses, breads, and tons of dessert. I enjoyed participating in an evening trip to Paraguay that I booked with their in-house tourism office.

Totally the hotel is nice. Just it is old, that is good and bad at the same time. I would probably recommend to change the towels to a new one as minimum. But the style of the hotel is wonderful, and staff very polite.
