1. The AC was weak & noisy which wasn't ideal. 2. In turn, this made my stay less comfortable.

Buffet breakfast was very good: scramble eggs, breads, juice, and fresh fruit. Location was within walking distance to Copacabana Beach and around the corner from the subway station. A/C unit was strong and WIFI was good.

Mosquitoes kept coming into the room, possibly through the gaps in the A/C unit from the outside. We were staying on the 10th floor so likely not from the hallway. Killed several each day, but should be expected, since this is Brazil.

I think the value for money was really good considering it is a 5 minute walk from the beach. Extremely helpful staff and just an overall good vibe from everyone. N8ce room, comfortable bed, and good WiFi.

The only issue was that we booked the hotel as it had a pool and it was closed for maintenance during our 5 day stay.

We left our valuables in the hotel safe & they were fine. The breakfasts offered many choices. I especially liked the fresh fruits. One of the reasons I love vacations is to sleep in late, so I appreciated that they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 AM. So many hotels stop breakfast service so early that I often miss out. Also, the roof deck was a nice place to relax and enjoy the view.

The air conditioner in our room and in the room that my friend had was very loud! This is also minor, but the sheets were not fitted and so they slipped off often.

+ really lovely staff, nice and helpful + close to Copacabana and Ipanema + breakfast was tasty (not too various, though)

- only one elevator for whole hotel - AC so loud that my parents in Poland could hear it - might need a renovation definitely - dirty water in the pool at the rooftoop - view from the room

10 stars Location (3 blocks away from the beach), plenty of options for restaurants, drogueria (farmacia), gym, crossfit, paderia (bakeryshop) and more. Also, staff was very kind, always guiding us to sense the best of Rio, their suggestions were the best all the time. The room has a balcony facing Rua Bolivar, which makes it perfect throughout the stay.

Although breakfast was included, it was the same menu the entire week we stayed (probably most people stay less than 72h) so for more than 3 days in a row was quit repetitive for me. If they could vary the menu every 3 days, I would have given them 10 stars evaluation.

Comfortable room, optimal location in the best part of Copacabana, very good breakfast, very friendly staff (especially Rodolfo, who likes French people), reasonably quiet, good value.

The air-conditioner is noisy, which is a frequent problem, but also you have to climb om a chair to adjust it, which is not so usual. The swimming-pool is so small that it hardly deserves this name.

The staff members are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is good. Great location.

Rooms could be refreshed. Almost no electric sockets or they are present is some crazy places: over 2 meters above the floor in the middle of the wall. It makes it hard to charge phone or other devices.

Despite the fact that some things are outdated and in need of repair (switches, water taps, door handles, etc.) the hotel is in excellent condition. The location is just perfect, five minutes walk from Posto 5 at Copacabana beach. There are many shops, bars, restaurants, cambios nearby. Victor and Ricardo are the best receptionists I have ever met! You guys are amazing! Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff speaking good English.

Very noisy air conditioner

Very good Location in Copacabana, they were very helpful and kind, the gym was nice and they have a good terrace with a nice view

The air condition in the bedroom was to noisy, they have only one elevator so it was a little hard for all guest specially for rush hours
