The location was amazing. About a 5 minute walk for me down to Copacabana. Also The metro was right outside the hotel so it was easy to access. The area was a safe area and the price was so good for Carnival in Rio. I paid about $800 for an economy room for 1 week. I would for sure stay again.

The breakfast was meh. Lots of carbs, only went once since it didn't impress me too much. But everything else was great. Lots of great places around to eat, so don't go for the hotel buffet.

I had a small, cramped room without windows, but it was still worth it. The hotel is located only 550 metres from the fabled Copacabana Beach (yay!). The outdoor pool on the top floor was quite nice but rather small. I enjoyed having a hearty versatile breakfast down at the hotel restaurant, as well as having delicious Brazilian specialties for lunch and dinner at fairly affordable prices to boot.

Even though it was well above 30 degrees Celsius outside during the day, the hotel kept the temperature in the lobby down to a chilling 19 degrees, which constantly made my nose run.

The hotel is well located, the breakfast very complete and good. The best, their staff, in general they are very kind except when they are tired, they can be quite rude.

The place is a little bit old, there is a lack of maintenance, specially in the showers that look moody and some furnitures. It seems the cleaning service just passed and did the bed, the toilette looked the same for three days.

Location, location, location. Exceeded my expectations, especially for the price I paid for my four day stay in Buenos Aires. The building looks old, like the whole entire city, but every building has character, and brings to mind what this city would have looked like while it was considered one of the richest countries in the world, if not the richest , decades ago. Nonetheless, the new buildings blend in nicely with the old parts of town. Its architecture reminded me of France, and Barcelona. Going back to the building, the shower worked great, hot water works instantly, no need to wait for it to heat up. Clean towels every day, toiletries replenished daily. I also took advantage of the 21% discount I got while paying with credit card. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a budget, without having to cut corners.

I have no mayor complaints, perhaps the pillows could be replaced, due to the fact that they are too flat.

Very good and copious buffet for breakfast. Very convenient location near the beach and near the metro. The room was spacious, the bathroom was also spacious.

There was a problem with the communication with the hotel desk regarding the towels. I asked for a towel for several days and only after three days did I get one, after I asked for cleaning the room.

Good location, just a few blocks from the beach, with supermarket and drugstore close by. Possibility to check in late, and security guard available during the night. Lots of options in the breakfast. Little pool and gym available as well

Contrary to some other reviews, there were at least 3 people working check-in when I arrived. They were all very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They helped solve any problems and questions I had. The location of the hotel was excellent. I could walk easily to MULTIPLE beaches. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend this hotel 100% and also to book a full day tour of the attractions during your stay with Thiago Lemos (not affiliated with the hotel). His tour will pick you up from this hotel and was awesome as well. I also had no problem with the lifts.

No windows in single room, couldn't let fresh air come in. Lift is not optimized, you wait way too long.

Very good breakfast. The hotel was 5 minutes walk from Copacabana beach. Metro station next to the hotel. Excellent location, with shops and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was Very good. The organisation was on point. The breakfast room was good cooled.

Cups and water glasses were pretty small. A little bigger one's would be ideal. I missed other fruits than just melons, ananas and Watermelon. I would also have liked bananas or apples. But overall the breakfast was very nice.
