People were super friendly, there’s always a security guard at the door day and night which I find it super good 👍 The breakfast was nice with mixed of fruits , fresh drinks, cakes, sandwiches, ham and cheese, etc The location is fab just walking distance to the beach, you are surrounded by bars and restaurants so plenty of options to choose from. Next to the hotel there’s all you can eat for reasonably price. Also we decided to get a massage in the hotel which we find it super good as you can have it in your room, also for couples, you should try it !

The swimming pool was open but the area wasn’t finished and they had people working on it, painting and doing wall works. Hopefully is all fixed now 👌

The location of the hotel is very good, on a busy major street, however one block from Copacabana beach. My room was generous in size and had a small but comfortable glass faced balcony. Excellent AC , blackout curtains. Relatively quiet at night even though my room faced Ave. Nossa Sr De Copacabana .Very good housekeeping service. Nice buffet breakfast offered at 40 R , a good value.

The street entrance is not particularly attractive. The pool deck area looked run down and was uninviting. I got blue paint on my hands from using the railing on the stairs leading to the pool deck. Elevators are slow, 2 out of 3 in operation.

Excellent location. Very good free breakfast buffet. My room was spacious with a comfortable and clean bed and well-functioning air conditioning. Rooftop pool was pretty nice. Staff were kind.

Bathroom sink was clogged and front desk didn't really seem to care. Bathroom wasn't filthy, but wasn't pristine. Some pool furniture was broken. One broken elevator while I was there. I also requested early check-in well in advance and agreed to pay the fee, but upon arrival was not granted the check-in. They also said they'd notify me when the room was ready, but never did.

This was a simple, yet clean and comfortable option just one block in from Copacabana beach. I was a little concerned about the property when I booked based on some of the reviews, but our room ended up being exactly what I was expecting. The towels, linens, and bathroom were extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning in our room was very cold and made for a comfortable sleep, and the attached balcony was a nice place to rewind during the evening with a glass of wine (even though the view was only of the street). The room was made up promptly each day, and the morning breakfast was extremely delicious with LOTS of options (eggs, meat, breads, fruit, cereals, yogurt, etc.).

The property is obviously under some bit of renovation (the upstairs pool area, for example). Also, there are no beach towels provided. Some of the areas of the rooms (bathrooms, for example) are certainly in need of some maintenance refresh (paint, etc.). But again the room was simple, clean, and perfectly functional for what we needed it to be.

Booked the superior double room for 5 days. Room was big enough and bed was huge and comfy. Balcony is nice. Staff were all great. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooftop has good views. great location super close both to copacabana and ipanema. Overall 10/10 perfect stay for us.

We were in the 11th floor. We notice the noise from the street but didnt bother us because we were usually exhausted during evening and sleeping all night but if you are sensitive to noise it’s something to be considered.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel at the beginning of May, and from the moment we stepped in, we were delighted with our choice. The location was an absolute dream; just a street away from the iconic Copacabana Beach, with a pharmacy and a grocery store conveniently situated nearby. We felt incredibly safe walking the street, even at night, making it the perfect base for our adventures. The room provided was not only spacious but also clean. We encountered a minor issue with a clogged toilet during our stay, but to our delight, the hotel staff promptly attended to the matter, resolving it swiftly and efficiently. One of the highlights was the delightful breakfast served each morning. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of offerings, which changed daily. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Among the warm and accommodating team, one individual stood out like a "guardian angel" - Diego, who worked at the reception. His hospitality and attentiveness made our stay all the more memorable, as he went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and offered valuable insights into the local attractions and activities. Moreover, the hotel's excellent connections with various tour companies made our sightseeing endeavors a breeze. In summary, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rio de Janeiro. We struggled to come up with any negatives. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the staff's commendable command of English, making communication effortless.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, cosy and comfortable room, nice pool. The location felt safe enough for us to walk around. Nice view at the sea and favelas.

You cannot change the code for safety box on your own, and we didn’t have patience to wait for the janitor and anyhow, we learned it was pretty safe to leave our stuff out.

Great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and to quite a few bars and restaurants. Quite safe to walk around even at night. The view of the room is really nice. Great facilities and staff, the rooftop swimming pool is amazing.

The only downside is the shower, my room seems to have some issue and the water never exits so there’s always standing water in the shower.

The bed/mattress was amazing and the view of my bedroom (with a balcony) was great.

Water accumulated during the shower and remained in the box. The air conditioner wasn't so good and took a lot to low the temperature. The elevator was super slow. Swimming pool area with low structure, without staff to provide the drinks from the fridge (that was locked).

This is in a great location for both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. It was our first time in Rio and was a great property for us. Felt very safe too. The road outside is a main thoroughfare which meant that a stroll to the beach after dark was felt safe. Greats bars nearby too.

It could be a little noisy at night but this is expected due to the fantastic location.
