It's a neat and simple hotel with just enough peace and quiet, good service and reasonably comfortable. The breakfast on the top floor contains some diversity of good and fresh foods. And the staff are pretty friendly and welcoming.

The location could be better, but it isn't a problem if you like walking. The Brotas metro station is only a few minutes away.

First, by whatsapp, they refused to offer a late checkout for us. But when we arrived there to do the check in, they menaged to let us do the late checkout.

Little space to work and eat. Not so close to commerce.

Cleanest, breakfast, swimming pool. Special thanks to Paulo, who had the leave the reception to help me with my request. Most of the staff were gentle and friendly.

On my first day, I had I little trouble with my credit card. The Coordinator made me feel uncomfortable with the situation. I also requested something simple( toilet paper). They took so long to deliver to my room.

The breakfast was really good. Room a bit small but comfortable and the location was good.

The room hadn't have a fridge, and if I want a room with I must pay an extra for it, but even if I pay for it the fridge would be empty. To me it doesn't make any sense.

Due to covid they bring the breakfast in our room. The first morning they havent asked us what we wanted to eat and we had ask for the breakfast at 9h30am but they brought it at 7h45am. We arrived around 1am the night before so we were exhausted and didnt appreciate being wake up this soon. The second morning we asked for the breakfast at 7am because we had to leave for the airport at 7:30, they didnt bring it at the time so we left without having the breakfast. They also put pressure on us to leave the room in order to clean it the first morning. Also the sound of the AC was really loud.
