- Friendly staff and good services at the restaurant throughout our 4 night stay; - Cleanliness, towels and bathrobes changes daily; - Good breakfast included in room price; - Parking place outside the property (the indoor parking space could not accommodate our car because the height is to low <2m, although indoor you can find charging station as per hotel information) - bowling, darts and snooker at -1 in a very good standing (against an acceptable charge) which were excellent since we had some rainy days during our stay - Good food at the restaurant and an excellent list of Bulgarian vines :) - Spacious room (#402) including mini fridge, safe, kettle, 32" flat tv, balcony with table and two chairs overlooking the city; heating via electric air con which was very silent during the night; air quality incl. temperature acceptable; furniture a bit dated; - Spacious bathroom (shower cabin and separate bath tub which also had shower), single sink - Good Wi-Fi signal all around the property - Sizable indoor heated swimming pool (15/8 meter with water depths from 1.3 -1.5 meters); jacuzzi for 5 adults and separate kids pool.

- Comfort of our king size bed was disappointing because of the very low quality mattress which is way below a 4 stars hotel; there's no topper or mattress protection; quality of our sleep was poor and the third day some pain killers for our back were needed; pillows also needs to be changed so that the overall sleep quality of the guest to meet a 4-5 stars expectations; - Food menu in the restaurant needs to be more diverse and more varieties for breakfast were expected especially for non-meat eaters :) - Water quality of the indoor pool needs to be improved (including a more frequent cleaning); since we were in Devin we would expect maybe a mineral water pool into a 5 star hotel can bring a big plus for the guests though.

The staff was very helpful and polite, always smiling and ready to answer questions. The food was good, and the spa area is decent, with a few saunas and things to do. The massage and facial were great. The road to the hotel from Sofia has amazing views. There is also a restaurant, Small Italy, 200 m away from the hotel, with the best Italian food we have tried in Bulgaria.

Overall it feels like the hotel needs a renovation or refreshing fixes at least. The room was not very clean, there were hair on the floor by the entrance on the carpet. The carpet must be very hard to clean though, so I would not blame the staff on that.

It's a nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff, the food at the restaurant was really delicious. We have a nice welcoming in the room - wine and fruits. Thank you for the nice stay.

The seats in the swimming pool are little, the pool also is a small. The hotel needs a renovation, specially the bathrooms.

Nice spa, restaurant, and overall experience. Great value for money. The spa is decently sized, and there are a lot of amenities. The water in the pools was warm. Massages are great. The restaurant has very welcoming and competent staff, offer interesting options and unlike some other reviews, everything was great and tasty. Breakfast is top.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The spa zone has only one jacuzzi, which is not enough. Not the most comfortable beds.

I love hotel, spa, location in center of city and delicious breakfast.

We had a breakfast and lunch and it was good. The best tea I ever had. Very beautiful view. It was quiet. Good animation for kids and we played bowling in the night bar-the man who is working there was very nice. The lady from laundry witch give us iron was nice. We don't have a remote controlеr for TV, but after a call one man give us-he was so kind. U have great hotel but u have to maintain it!

The hotel was generaly good, but bathroom was not so clean, the cabin and bathtub. Also the fan in the bathroom was not working. Some of Spa services was not working. Everything is good, but they have to do some renovations to keep clients. We had a good view, but the balcony lamp was rusty and not working. Also the wind it blows from the door. We were there in October, idk how its gonna be in January. The waiter and someone of buffet staff was talking about a hotel/restaurant manager in the middle of the restaurant. You can't give a flip-flops and then in the Spa facilities to put a sign to u can't use them in the Spa area. Also we needed iron- the cable was scary to use, just buy some new to provide any accidents.

everything has been very nice. Starting from the room that is well equipped, and good quality amenities, the entire hotel is very clean. The restaurant has been the best in the village. The present in the room with the complimentary fruit plate and the personalized message was a big surprise. Thanks to the Team which has been professional and educated....all includes from the first step to the last. The program organized for the March 3rd was amazing.

Spacious and clean rooms, great breakfast, comfortable beds, complementary water, fruits and wine.

The water in the indoors swimming pool was too cold. The same goes for the water in the so called aqua park, which in essence has just 2 slides for bigger children and a few for smaller ones. It was sometimes challenging to find a free parking space around the hotel.

Restaurant was quite good. Plenty of choice at breakfast - above and beyond. Room size was very comfortable. Spa was nice and I enjoyed the massage.

It was disappointing to see no initiative to reduce environmental impact - not even recycling facilities, let alone eliminating plastic packaging or reducing energy use.

The rooms are comfortable and big, the bed is queen size, the bathroom is great - there are both - bath and shower, separated. The shower cabin is a bit small and when you turn around, the shower could go off. The food in the restaurant is tasty, quite decent prices. There is a bowling alley downstairs and we had a great time at the bar.

The breakfast ends a bit earlier than expected - 10 o'clock and it's over. Since the curtains are blackouts, you can easily miss the breakfast as we almost did. Anyway, the food is really good and there are lots of choices for different diets. The only real problem we had was the pool - some of the blocks on the floor inside the pool are broken and the kid cut his toe to blood.
