We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, they kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost since one with a better view was available – a very thoughtful gesture. The room was clean, quiet, and had a lovely view, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was satisfying, offering all the basics and good coffee to start the day. The spa facilities, including the steam bath, sauna, and hammam, were a great bonus – especially since they opened them just for us. Very decent for the price! There was a small mix-up with the payment, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally, and we found a solution right away. We also tried the restaurant – the food was tasty, fairly priced, and overall, a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

The room- was tooo small. Ofc it was my choice to book normal double room… was super super small. I advise to book the deluxe room. The staff was friendly, obviously a family business. I would recommend to work further on the quality of service- for example for the breakfast probably you need to hire more people to take care that there are always enough coffee cups, plates, etc. also to assure that there is sufficient food at all time. For the dinner- we recommend to increase the variety in the wine list.

We loved this hotel. The food was delicious - particularly the dinner. All homemade from scratch and reasonably priced. The staff didn’t speak English but that wasn’t an issue - the menu was translated and we just used google for anything else. The spa facilities were also lovely. We had a family room with a sofa bed which was fine although not luxurious. Tea and coffee in the room would have been good. But overall great value for money in a breathtaking location at the mouth of the gorge. Walkable to the Devil’s throat cave (maybe half a mile if that).

The hotel is very beautiful inside, the room we got was clean and beautiful, the bed was comfortable and wide. The hotel has a sauna and jacuzzi. The dinner was very good and at a very reasonable price. The breakfast was the best we received in Bulgaria in hotels at this price level, with plenty of food. The hostess was very nice. In conclusion, an excellent hotel. If it were possible to give a score higher than 10, I would give it to this excellent hotel.

Family owned hotel in the beautiful village of Trigrad. The hotel is on the right size, and we really enjoyed sitting in our room's balcony. The hotel is well located and you can easily walk out to explore the village The hotel offers a good breakfast and also has a nice restaurant that is open for dinner. We would be happy to be back

The mattress in our bedroom could have been in a better condition

The room was nice and clean, very nice bathroom. Breakfast was simple, small choice, but enough and tasty. We enjoyed the whirlpool and sauna. We had a dinner in the restaurant and the food was tasty.

The surroundings (neighborhood) of the hotel is little bit weird - old dilapidated houses... i know it's not the hotel's fault, but it affects the views.

We had a wonderful stay in Trigrad! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The sauna was a fantastic way to relax after a day of exploring the area. We especially appreciated the host's help in arranging accommodation in Mugla, which was only bookable by phone – they really went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

The hotel is a really quiet and peaceful place to stay in Trigrad. Our room was not big, but very comfortable and clean. The little spa is nice and we didn't expect it for this little price. We can also recommend the dinner there, it was super tasty and big plates for little money. People are also very friendly and helpful.

Clean, spatious rooms, generous balcony with nice view to the steep surrounding mountains. Kind staff, but poor in English so Google translate was in order.

Quite intricate access, as the hotel is located accross the nearby river and there is only one way to reach it, over a bridge, on a one way street someowhere from the center of town. The other bridge, 200m away from the hotel was damaged enough to be unusable by car. The damp smell inside the hotel's staircase was heavy. A backgroung noise, maybe from the central heating system, was very bothering!

The staff was amazing!! They was super nice. We traveled with a baby and they made spacial food for him when we asked them to, and played with him and really did their best to fill our needs.
