The Hotel is located perfectly in the centre of the town where the pedestrian area starts! The room i was allocated was huge in comparison to what was expecting, it was very nicely decorated and with a huge bed, sofa, writing desk, large screen tv. The receptionist was very helpful, friendly and with a lovely smile, that was a reception :-) I'm not in the least disappointed with my stay here, in fact i'm very happy i chose this Hotel. This isn't a "What didn't you like?" only a mention, the entry into the carpark can be a bit hectic and with a high kerb to contend with careful manoeuvring needed to get in.

The hotel was at a central location. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. There was space outside and inside to get together . I loved the cappuccino I could drink whenever I wanted and the woman at the reception was very friendly. Parking space in front of the hotel was very helpful.

Nobody spoke a foreign language.

Excellent location, particularly spacious and quiet room with great view towards the mountain and excellent airconditioner. Local hotel staff very polite.

Some issue with the bathroom shower cabin which the hotel became aware of and acknowledged needs to be addressed.

The hotel is very easy to find, good location in the center. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Big room, huge bathroom, good wifi signal. We parked the motorcycle in the hotel's underground private parking lot. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels.

The room was really spacious and had all the basics- wifi, hot water and a fridge. The bed was really comfortable!

The restaurant doesn’t work in the evening (if it does at all, not sure) but there are open restaurants close by for dinner. My least favorite thing was how the water drainage system was cross-connected in a way that if someone flushed their toilet on the same floor/close by room I hear it in the pipes, since it was quite loud and bothersome.

The hotel is nice. Apparently was a cinema before. My room was huge. They cleaned it straight after the first night. Bathroom good. I liked my stay overall. For a stay in Smoljan is very good. I'd stay there again.

Damage there is not a small smoking area in the hotel. Outside is cold and no small roof to get covered. Mattress was finished, needed to be replaced. And no night shift? Seriously? They could hire a night shift, for how big the structure is...

Hotel was lovely, good staff. Location was brilliant in the middle of town. Highly recommend this Hotel. We felt very comfortable. Plus Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate available all day and evening 😋 Thank you for a lovely peaceful stay. Nichola & Jim

The room was spacious, with a view of the mountains, quiet but in the centre and was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. A great stay.

A kettle with tea / coffee in the room would be nice but there was one to use at reception so that was ok.

Great location in the center in walking distance from the bus station, very friendly reception, rooms are spacious and comfortable. They offer a gratis 24h coffee and tea service as well as some sweets for breakfast. I would definitively stay again.
