The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Staff were lovely upon check in! There is also awesome laundry service if needed, they will wash and hang for you if like (free of charge!) Location is perfect, close to the centre, shops and the local swimming pool (which my kids loved!) Sadly I didn’t get to use the salt baths so I can’t comment on it, but it looked really clean!

There really isn’t much to like! However, a second key would have been appreciated and soft pillows for the kids.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed at the Limehouse. The staff were friendly and courteous throughout our stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. There was plenty of space for our 2 daughters to move about. The terrace was a welcome addition also, to get some fresh air. On a number of occasions we required assistance with ordering taxis or requesting the use of an iron. The staff were always on hand to help us out, and always asking how we were. The spa facilities were wonderful and our daughter's loved playing in the pool. Location is great, close by to restaurants and a supermarket. We would definitely stay here again. Couldn't fault the Limehouse for anything. Only thing to comment on is there is no lift in the facilities, but we didn't find this an issue at all, as we were happy to use the stairs. We were placed on the second floor, and didn't find it too much of a chore, even with our 1 year old.

Spacious and well-equiped apartment, modern, clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Wellness area with nice jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. Easy parking in the street (and a few parking spaces in tbe courtyard).

No problem for me, but noteworthy: there is no elevator. If stairs are a problem, ask for an apartment on a lower floor.

It was an exceptional place! The apartament we were was very spacious had every appliance we needed, the location is right next to the city centre 2km away from the Hisarlaka park. The pool was very warm and fantastic place to chill and relax and I highly recommend the salt room. The staff were very friendly and easy going. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Kustendil.

The only reason I am giving a 10 is because I am not allowed to rate 11! Absolutely amazing! Clean, cozy and spacious apartments, a few mins away from the main square, the Art Gallery and all the nice restaurants! The spa center is great and super clean, the mineral water showers and jacuzzi bring a nice advantage. The staff is very polite and responsive to any requests. A comfortable inside parking for the cars adds to the superior guest experience. A big terrace overlooking the city. A great value for money!

The property is perfect. The apartment is new, as well as everything in it. Each apartment has its own Wi-Fi. Cleanliness is at an enviable level. You have a pool-jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, and salt room (for an additional fee). The ambiance is modern and pleasant. The staff is very nice and friendly. No complaints. I will definitely come again, and I recommend it to you too.

the bed was very low like 30 cm from the ground i think should be minimum 50cm from the ground and the pillow are very high (tick) could be low

The stay was very nice, close to all amenities and the town centre, the apartment was very nice and clean with good space. Finished to a high standard and very warm. The spa is very nice well worth the visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be staying again, for sure.

Very clean, large and well furnished room. Everything needed for a comfortable stay, no excessive stuff, nothing missing. Friendly and polite staff, willing to ensure the best possible experience.

New, well-made, well-furnished, well-equipped, good looking rooms. Very clean. Awesome fascilities. Right next to the main tourist street, but easy to reach and stay with a car. Very welcoming, helpful, smiling staff. I loved it! I'll surely come back!

There was no elevator, but there is private, closed parking, where you could leave a stroller.
