Amazing location right next to the best beach for kids in the area. Room was nice, had a great view and the kids loved the pool too. The pool bartender was fun and made good cocktails. If you don't have very high expectations the hotel is good for you 😉 we are those kinds of people and would come back.

The food is average at best, and the cleaning was not especially good - no one swept the sand off the bathroom floor for 4 days in a row. Parking is almost impossible, we found a place inside the hotel area 1 night before we left.

Location, definitely close to the one of the best beaches for young children. The seabed is very shallow for quite a bit, which means you can leave the children in the water without worrying about depth and strong currents.

The bathroom needs improvement,the bathroom door didn’t shut properly because it was swollen,there was no walk in shower so you have to stand in the bath to shower but the bath glass was missing a seal so the floor becomes a swimming pool probably that’s why the door was swollen up. Also if you want to prevent people from nicking your kettle find a safer option than cutting the kettle cable off, poking it in through a hole then reattaching the cable with electric tape. This cannot pass any safety standards.

The staff was polite and helpful. The location is good, the beach is excellent. The pools are always an good option for the kids and adults. Room was good, but go with higher class room if you are with kids. Standard room is not very big, but it's nice and conformable. The food was good and had choice.

Only one elevator. Had to wait more than 15 min with the luggage, as the staff uses the same elevator to do their jobs. Nothing that can be improved now, but it was the one thing that made impression. Other strange thing was the extra charge of 5 bgn per night for the baby coat. It's Nothing really, but as we travelled a lot in Bulgaria in 1, 2 ,3 ,4 ,5 star hotels, that's the first that charges for the bed. Just a strange charge.

The facilities are very good and the location too.

The breakfast wasn't very good. And there very limited options to eat nearby.

We liked the atmosphere, friendly staff, very good, varied, plentiful and tasty food.

The view we had wasn't too pleasant.

Beachfront resort, beautiful garden, nice pools.

Great location 50m from the beach, liked the complimentary umbrellas and shezhongs Breakfast was scaled back due to Covid, as it should. TG no buffet... Staff is very friendly and helpful, esp for Bulgarian standards :) We left behind some items, was contacted right away and they were available to pick up when we went back

Still no WiFi in the unit. You have to get to the lobby for that. But who's there for the wifi :) Available parking is still an issue. However there seems to always be a spot for one more vehicle available :) No social distancing or masks. Just like everywhere else in Sozopol. Not a good combination with only 15% vaccination rate in Bulgaria :(

The location is great! The staff is polite and accomodating, they gave us a great room as close as possible to the beach. Free sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach, which is shallow and ideal for kids. We will definitely return :)

The food was not great, but there was always something you could eat. Finding a place to park is a bit difficult, but not impossible.
