The food overall was very good, but the breakfast buffet was the only thing I was a bit disappointed in. The waffles (my favourite for breakfast) were quite dry and the crepes were different. As well the advertisement states chicken sausage, but there was only pork.

Room was average compared to other hotels I have stayed at. The room was adequate as we only stayed for one night. If we had stayed longer we would have appreciated perhaps a microwave in the room. Otherwise met our needs for the night. Staff were professional and polite. Bellman was very friendly.

For such a nice facility, the rooms seemed a bit dated. It was comfortable enough to stay in for one night but for the price there were other more modern hotels which were priced cheaper. We stayed at the hotel because my son's sports team was staying there. I thought breakfast was included but it was not offered to us when we checked in, complimentary breakfast is always a perk - especially considering the cost of the room stay.

We did not experience yet the breakfast Hope there will be kids meal on a good price . Will try next time for the meal.

Free breakfast or a maybe just a coffee and pancake could be. So your family could not be hungry and not to go outside early just to buy something. Just like other Hotel that they have free breakfast. Thank you

Didn't end up doing breakfast. The location was decent to drive to places. And the facilities were decent.

Overall nothing particularly about the hotel/casino was bad. I did notice some paint peeling in the bathroom, but meh. I could have sworn the calgary taxes were included in my booking price. Which was a deciding factor in choosing that location. For whatever reason my cost ended up being $600cad instead of the $537cad.

Hotel room was great. We had a kitchenette. Comfy beds. Friendly staff

The bathroom sink didn't drain very well, but we were only booked for 1 night. I found the pool area small and not enough chairs for parents to sit. But liked that it wasn't super crowded. Restaurant was a bit disappointing. The staff was amazing the food was not great for the price.

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. The hotel was nice and clean and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant had good food and the water park was so much fun! They also played a drive in movie on our last night with complimentary pop and popcorn. A great place to stay , we will definitely be back again.

Location

Room was on ground floor. Noisy and had lots of traffic. Never have had a room on ground floor and never again. Have stayed many times and didn’t enjoy this trip on my stay. Will try again and ask for upper floor for sure.

Your restaurants were fabulous. The roast beef buffet was super. The casino was a lot if fun for us also. Shopping mall close by so my wife shopped boxing day. Great staff will stay again when visiting calgary

The pool was great, kids had lots of fun! Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly.

The front staff girl needs to learn how to use her voice ( to bad you can't turn the volume up on her). Hard to hear. That one of the hot tub was temporarily unavailable and that the pool for a brief moment was overrun by kids under age with no parents supervision.

We stay here because of the casino. All of the staff in the entire hotel seemed to be very nice and friendly.

The buffets in the middle of the hall are a little gross there has to be a better place for them the be held than the busy hall to the casino. Our tub drain would not drain properly, which was minor but a little gross. And we all really wished the food at the on site restaurant was better, we only eat there because we want to stay on site but the food was not great and there were flies everywhere at dinner and at breakfast, the service is also very slow there. That’s not to knock the wait staff, we dealt with some really nice people there it was just extremely slow when it was not very busy at dinner and breakfast.
