Food options were great. There were so many choices because of the casino downstairs too. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is very professional and clean. The room and beds were perfect. I also noticed that my windshield had been cleaned while it was parked in the parking lot which was surprising but well appreciated because I had traveled very far. It was super convenient for going to an event there. Everything you need is right there and downtown isn't too far of a drive.

The hallways were very cold because of the AC. Personal preference though. The overall hotel was amazing.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was cool outside, and the airconditioner in the hallway was on, and that part was uncomfortable. One thing we did not understand is why renovation on the pool was happening in the middle of summer when that would be peak time to use. That was one reason going to this hotel was to use the pool. That was disappointing. Overall, besides the pool, the staff was awesome, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Sometimes it’s the big things, sometimes it’s the small things and rarely you find both. Beautiful facilities, clean fresh beautiful room, and lots to do. The staff were the kindest most attentive customer service people I have seen in years. The bed was clean and so comfortable, pillows were great, they offer makeup wipes and shoe wipes, and have little mints beside your bed . There’s robes in your room and they are more sustainable with shampoo, conditioner, and body cream bottles attached to the wall that are easy to dispense. The view is breath taking and the room was so quiet. I’m sure there’s more details I am forgetting to mention but I can’t express how nice of a time we had. I definitely would return! It’s the best hotel experience I’ve had in years!!

We like the location for this hotel. Not far from many things we needed to have access too. Having the casino attached it a great Plus as we don't have to drive anywhere to have a fun evening. The pool and hot tub are a huge plus too. Felt like a mini vacation for us. This is the second time we have stayed here and we like coming here for a weekend get away. The food is great at the casino buffet and the live entertainment on the stage about the bar in casino is great.

There was nothing that I could say bad about this hotel and casino. Just not a fan of the smoking in there but I do realize it is allowed.

We came for a concert and stayed overnight. It was convenient to park once and walk between the hotel and the concert venue.

We had to wait for 10-15 minutes for the hotel elevator after the concert, but there were places to sit and the washroom was nearby. We could hear other guests talking, perhaps through the ventilation system in our hotel room. We had a nice room but the price wasn’t justified.

Our renovated room was gorgeous!! Very clean and great water pressure. The staff were wonderful . When the price is right , this is my go to hotel when I come to calgary

Some other hotel patrons. Despite the hotel being exceptional , there always seems to be a few loud people in the hotel that party all night and are obnoxious throughout the evening coming in and out of the room constantly and having no concern for anyone but themselves

I had booked this because the rooms were much larger than other hotels close by for the same price. I was not disappointed! I rented a room to get ready for my wedding so there was bridesmaids and make up artists etc. and we had a ton of space. The soaker tub was amazing. And the bed was very comfortable.

The living room furniture was actually quite uncomfortable. You could tell it was cheap stuff that wasn’t necessarily there for comfort. There was no microwave in the suite, but there was one in the lobby to use. Since we had hairstylists and make up, artists coming and going, it was difficult that no one’s allowed to go up the elevator without a key, but the front desk was accommodating and giving keys to all of them. (I know that many properties are like that).

I had mentioned to the person via email that it was our anniversary and that's why we were there. They went above and beyond by bringing some chocolates and macaroons as well as a small bottle of wine to our room for us to start our weekend! So thoughtful

It was -30 to -40 that weekend. It would be nice if the hotel had plugs in the parking lot so patrons of the hotel could plug in their vehicles to keep the block heater warm, BUT at least they had a staff member with a battery charger helping boost everyone's vehicles in the morning!

Rooms were a nice size. The staff at the doors are so friendly.

The room felt just a little bit rundown - I think it needs a super detailed clean and some things would benefit from a bit of a refresh. While it was “clean”, you could tell some of the heavier cleaning was due (scrubbing grout, washing walls)… and the a/c was REALLY loud. But housekeeping was really nice and they did a good job with the daily cleaning,

Still under road construction Could use a magnified mirror mounted on the wall in the bathroom to help with makeup application. For room service they add delivery charge and gratuity charge to the bill but when you sign to bill it to Your room there is a place to add tip and change the total which makes no good sense
