Arrived early, first staff member I spoke too had zero interest in helping and basically said come back at 4pm check-in. When we returned early once more another staff member checked us in early and efficiently.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was average, staff was friendly.

I didn't like that they charge $100 deposit each night of your stay, unlike the regular $100 deposit for the entire stay like most places. I had to caugh up nearly $800 when my room was suppose to be $300 for entire stay and then you don't get your $500 back till 5 business days later and they didn't disclose this when I made the booking.

Liked the hotel location, cleanliness and breakfast. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked the overall stay. However, wanted to point out a couple do things. Elevator - I believe there are 2 elevators in the property but one of them wasn’t working. I got the room which was the last one on the east. I had to walk from one side to the other to reach my room. Even the elevator that was functioning seems to old and May break down anytime. I could feel the thud when the elevator reached a floor. Flush in the toilet bowl should be changed for obvious reasons. Toilet bowls can be upgraded or changed.

very good/clean rooms with comfy beds and lots of pillows. Very good/professional front counter personnel. (two very nice ladies from Ukraine) They're "keepers" BTW! The Breakfast was the very-best I've had in a long time out of very-many hotels I've stayed in - in CGY, with very good quality and HOT food and great team of restaurant workers working the breakfast restaurant there to assist, keep food coming and clean up. DO NOT CHANGE THIS ! It is likely the best feature of all of your hotel - despite everything else being perfect. I will now call this (your hotel)my new "go-to" hotel instead of staying up at the hotels around the Airport near Airport Trail. So Glad I found your hotel and wish I had found it sooner. Keep us the good work - and whoever is running "The show" there is doing things right !

I had a nightmare with the wife leaving the credit card at home. The one lady said I needed the hard copy, and there was nothing she could do. So i thought that was the end of that as I traveled far, but then I spoke to the gentleman behind the counter and he said not a problem let me put a cash deposit down what saved everything for our travel which I am very grateful for! The building and room (king suit) were very nice and clean bed was so comfy only confusing part were the lights lay out haha. AC actually worked, so that shocked me as I seem to not have much luck with hotels and AC. The breakfast is part of our stay was sooo good! I was shocked by the amount of choice. Normally, you get bread,bacon, powdered eggs. This place had literally everything in buffet style you could think of and staff there to take away your plats.

The only only negative for me personally is the fitness room. Great if all you need is cardio they had good-looking new machines but absolutely no weights or weight machines.

The bed was comfortable and the room had 2 comfortable lounge chairs and a padded foot rest to sit in and enjoy a drink.The room was quiet even though it was next to the elevator and under a flight path from the local airport. All the other facilities were good. The complimentary breakfast was okay, not great but better than other establishments we have stayed at.

The elevator broke down after I used it in the morning but there were other elevators to use. We found a pill on the floor whilst unpacking our suitcases, so can’t say the room was fully cleaned.

Our room was very nice! Comfortable with lots of space to get ready at night and in the morning. I wish there was a rug to put my shoes on coming into the room. They have really nice updated floors but my shoes got it wet when I walked in because there was no where to place my shoes. Breakfast was also delicious. Vending machine ate my money and check out was not the best. No one would talk to us at the front counter, even though a lady was sitting there. So we ended up just dropping off our room keys and leaving. Even with the bad customer service at check out, I would go back again.

Good location for where I needed to go with a few stores/restaurants within walking distance. Clean and the staff were friendly. Also!! LOVE the shampoo AND conditioner with body wash and lotion from Dove. Haven’t seen this collaboration before and I hope to see it more!!

No usb chargers near the bed and the cable was glitchy. Nearest usb was at the desk across the room and I forgot my wall converter which was inconvenient but not a show stopper.

We enjoyed the free upgrade to the business king room. It was huge and the king bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was nice, shower and bathroom was good. TV had lots of channels and couch was comfy. Room was quiet. Would stay again if we were passing through Calgary.

Nothing really to not like. If I had to think of something it would be there wasn't a bed side lamp, instead there was an overhead light which was bright. But wasn't really a major issue. Location is good for those passing through and using the airport. Otherwise it's a bit out of town.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Overall, I liked it, especially the cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom with a bathtub. Everything is neat, with good plumbing, and a beautiful view from the window! Delicious breakfast, unobtrusive staff. The only thing I could not foresee was that you had to leave a deposit before leaving the hotel, which led to an unpleasant situation. I did not know that this was a rule in Canada. But my compatriot helped, sorted out the problem. Thank you, Vlad, for your help. I will probably come here next time.
