The suite was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything! 4th floor. Showers had good white water and pressure. Complimentary breakfast buffet was a nice touch and offered a great variety.

Unfortunately the pullout couch was a write-off and we couldn't use it due to the horrid condition of the mattress (sunk in and you could feel each coil and the metal slat/frame). Opted to just lay a sheet over the sofa instead. Checked out the pool/ hot tub an hour before it closed. There were no towels in the pool area, so we had to leave wet back to our rooms. No change rooms or showers in that area either which is inconvenient.

I liked the size of the bedroom with the lounge and kitchen facilities; I had everything I needed in one room.

I stated it wasn't worth money, but I need to explain it was during the Calgary Stampede, so I could not secure anything downtown so this location by the airport was not ideal, and then the cost was 200% more than normal, but i understand that was due to a very busy period

We recently stayed at Staybridge hotel and had a fantastic experience. The property was exceptionally nice and clean, which set a welcoming tone right from the start. Our room was spacious, providing plenty of space for our family to relax. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay. The large kitchen was a wonderful bonus, ideal for storing and reheating our takeout meals, which made our stay even more convenient. One of the highlights for our family was the pool. Our kids had a blast and spent hours playing and enjoying the water. To top it off, staff were very pleasant and friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a bit of fun!

The hot water tub was not working which was major disappointment for my family.

Location was convenient and the room was exceptional. I wasn't sure we would get a room as spacious as we did, which exceeded our expectation being so well equipped and comfortable. The bed was amazing and one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, to include the sheets which felt luxurious. The social nights offered complimentary food and although basic, was a nice touch and we enjoyed them at least twice during our stay. Breakfast was good, but could have used a little more variety. For example - alternative muffins rather than the same every day, and the same for the fruit toppings for the yoghurt and different yoghurt choices. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would stay here again, for sure.

Lift (or elevator), is very slow! We were on the ground floor, but family was on 4th and getting the lift was a little laborious.

The hotel was conveniently situated close to the airport, and access to the city center was straightforward. The room size was adequate for our group of three, and the availability of kitchen facilities was an added benefit. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless. Check-in was conducted seamlessly, even prior to the official time, as the room was prepared. The staff members were notably friendly and accommodating.

The swimming pool was closed due to some health issues, but this was not a big deal.

Literally everything! We stayed here for my bachelorette, and I can't say enough great things about our stay! The friendliness of the staff at the front desk and the cleanliness of the lobby was fantastic and bright. The girls at the front desk were the absolute sweetest. We booked the Family Suite because we wanted a bit more space to socialize and visit than an average hotel room has, and this was absolutely perfect for us. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and plenty of space for a gaggle of girls to get ready to head out on the town. Very easy to get to from Highway 2, even for us small town farm girls, and decently close to restaurants. The room was spotless, the bathtubs (yes, two of them!) were enormous, the water pressure was amazing, and the beds were so comfortable. We didn't hear any other guests, even though the parking lot and breakfast area was packed, which was great. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend staying here for a girls night, especially if you plan on socializing and hanging out in the room prior to your night out!

The coffee was pretty terrible and the set up of the continental breakfast room was a bit chaotic, but the food was still fantastic, the yogurt bar was amazing!

The Family Suite we stayed in is comfortable for a family of four adults. The room size is good. The hot breakfast is simple but nice, we enjoyed our breakfast. The free shuttle to the airport is really convenient, the hotel arranged a taxi to pick our family up from the lobby. As our flight was in the early morning, the hotel arranged a simple breakfast pack to bring along to the airport.

It's a great place to stay, but it would be great if there's a shuttle schedule from hotel to downtown Calgary and back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Staybridge Suites! Even though it was further from the airport than we usually stay (15 minutes), everything worked smoothly. On arrival at the airport we phoned the hotel as instructed & were able to catch a taxi shuttle straight away. All staff we encountered were very friendly & efficient. We were allowed a late checkout of 2pm & were able to arrange a taxi shuttle to suit. We were also lucky to have free snacks - Monday to Wednesday from 5.30pm to 7.00pm. Internet connection was excellent. Free washers/driers available - only needed to buy washing powder. Along with fitness room, basketball court, hot tub, heated pool, waterslide - the list of extra facilities is endless! The location is conveniently near a supermarket, bottle shop, fast foods & popular Italian restaurant. A mall is 20 minute walk away (or bus ride?) with transport to the city. Our standard room was perfect with a comfortable lounge & well equipped kitchenette. Everything is of a high standard & immaculately clean. The room was sound proof & bed comfy, ensuring a good sleep. Breakfast was a wide choice of buffet - delicious! As well as the usual cereals, toast & muffins, there was scrambled egg, bacon & chips. Good choice of juices & coffee (decaf, regular & dark roast). We loved the granola with blueberries, raspberries & orange. Also boiled eggs, cheese & plenty of oranges & apples. We could not fault anything about our stay & will definitely be back!

1- Location: The suites are located at a very convenient location. Just a 15min ride takes you to the airport and downtown is just 8 mins away. Close to Sunridge mall and a lot of other restaurants as well. 2- Staff: A big shout out to Joth, Raman, Dalal and Naomi for making our stay extremely special. Joth helped us dealing with the brief hot water interruption and supported us with alternate options to cruise through the inconvenience. Rawan and Dalal had been great with briefing us about special events as well as coordinating housekeeping and other requests during our stay while Naomi did a wonderful job arranging our ride back to the airport as well as receiving our Amazon deliveries as well as any other requests. Kudos to you all for making it a special stay for us. 3- Gym and Pool: While kids loved the pool and water slide, I was able to take full advantage of the gym facilities. They may be a bit dated for now but I was able to complete my workout routine without any hassle. 4- Maintenance and repairs: Sabry, the maintenance tech was able to fix a door handle in a professional manner with a very respectful attitude which I must appreciate as well.

The property is going through some improvement and renovations so at times it was a bit of a discomfort but I’m sure things are heading in the right direction. Some suggestions: 1- Consider updating / expanding gym facilities. 2- The breakfast is really decent but can benefit with a bit more variety. 3- Parking enforcement maybe needed at times since some guest may or may not respect the allocated parking spots and park across two spots at once, causing inconvenience to other guests. 4- A yield or a Stop sign may be posted at the exit from the parking lot on to the main road since traffic from three lanes collect at this intersection with two more hotels present in the same vicinity.

The continental breakfast is good, the room is clean and everything is provided, free parking is also kind of nice

There is a portion in the parking where there is uneven pavement, i feel its not so safe most esp in the winter months, also there is no 4 way stop there, accidents is likely to happen.. The cleanliness in the elevator or some common areas needs a bit of improvement.
