Good breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent location and nice staff. There is a new service where they will provide complimentary toiletries such as toothpaste and razors! Along with kitchen supplies (utensils, plates, etc.) upon request. We've stayed here before and it's the only hotel we will stay at in Edmonton and preference when traveling. Great value for a great stay.

The floors are thin and you can hear people walking above. Our room was by the elevator and you could hear the people talking loudly. We called to report the noise and the staff did well to tell them to be quiet. The gap on the doors need to be covered. It would be nice to have fresh fruit and veggies during breakfast, and a water station by the 24 hr complimentary coffee in the common area.

We had a family suite and the room was large enough to accommodate the 5 of us very well. Had an extra sitting area that was a sofa bed. Could have also fit in an extra bed with no problem. Lots of power outlets that were easy to access. The bathroom had a shower as well as bathtub. Breakfast was good, with a number of options to choose from. Plenty of parking as well as underground for extra safety. Pool area was nice and had lots of towels available. Getting to west Edmonton mall was straightforward and only about 10 minutes away.

Sadly the hot tub jets were not working the days we were there.

Beautiful hotel from the minute you step into the lobby, to the hallway and up the elevator to our rooms. Vibrant Colors of doors and the furnishings all around is just pleasing to the eye. My sister was travelling back from NZ and she lives in Frog Lake (3hr drive from Edmonton). My daughter's team was travelling for Volleyball from BC Canada. We decided to book 2 rooms to meet, catch up and recuperate before she drives home while we stay for our games that weekend. The beds were very comfortable, the indoor pool was great and the Continental breakfast was excellent with lots of options. It was the perfect place gearing up for the Nationals Volleyball Tournament for girls in the U15 Division. It was the perfect place for our mini reunion and catch up. Location is perfect with the shopping centre nearby, Walmart is just behind the hotel, and Timmy's etc. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much. We'll definitely be back!!

Hotel reception large, open, clean. Friendly staff. Complimentary tea and coffee nearby. Laundry room, good. We were on top floor, quiet. Room large, clean, walk-in shower, as I requested. Big bathroom, with complimentary toiletries. Kitchen area with fridge, microwave and coffee/ tea maker, complimentary tea and coffee. Breakfast included in price and was very good indeed. Hotel a short drive from the West Edmonton Mall.

Everything was great. No complaints about anything all. On a very busy road but hotel set back so we did not hear traffic. No restaurant but lots of places to eat nearby, fast food or other. We wanted to walk so went to hotel next door as they had a restaurant. Very good indeed. The Holiday Inn had a good place to eat for breakfast though. All positives.

As the hotel tried to put my credit card through before we checked in I think they put it in wrong because I got an email from you guys saying there was a problem with my credit card phone the hotel and they were surprised. I got an email from book.com. I think they were trying to give my rooms away because they were getting very busy they were full that night. Because when I checked in, there was no issue with my credit card.

Amazing breakfast offerings. We were upgraded to a king room upon check-in. Custodial staff DID a quick clean during the day while we were out..... garbages, wet towels removed, which I find is something that is generally NOT done anymore. Hallways were wide and clean. Comfy bed and working clockradio. Heater and fan worked as they were supposed to. Hot tub and pool clean even after 20 kids.

Entrance into room was a little cramped. Smaller pool with many kids kept us out one night but was OK in the afternoon.

Excellent facility and would definitely return. Breakfast exceeds what might usually be included, and I appreciated the inclusion of Chex cereal in a separate box as a gluten free option for people with celiac. The room was clean, comfy, and quiet, with lots of thoughtful touches (built in USB chargers - even the desk lamp has electrical outlets for folks from other countries, soap and lotion dispensers in the bathroom); the breakfast area was clean, the staff were consistently friendly. Everything was easy and smooth.

On the weekdays, parking was not an issue for us; on Saturday night we struggled to find a spot to accommodate our pick-up truck. I wonder whether the hotel should issue a pass system such that those with larger vehicles are designated spots outside while those with smaller vehicles are designated spots underground.

Location was great close to the west Ed mall like we wanted .

Only issue we had with this property was parking for a big truck was hard . The parking lot was so tight and people with small cars weren’t parking in the under ground parking making it even harder for me to find a spot outside . Other issue we had was our room was never cleaned in the 3 days we stayed even when we asked all they did was put a pile of fresh sheets and towels on our bed and that was it we had to make our own beds .

The location was convenient because it is close to West Edmonton Mall, fast food restaurants, and other commercial centers. The facilities are kept clean and well-maintained. Ms. Sheindy, one of your employees, has been really accommodating and helpful during our visit.

Some individuals smoke at the door, thus it would have been preferable to have a designated smoking area. It would also be preferable to schedule time (especially families with children) for using other hotel amenities such as swimming and exercise.

Breakfast each day was great. Was very happy on 2nd day to finally get scrambled eggs instead of omelets. Location is fantastic. Close to all amenities,restaurants, bank,mall and the Beer Store!lol

The desk clerk thatchecked us in did not know her job very well. She questioned the fact we had the same last name.Don't most married couples?? Asked for booking number and then proceeded to read entire message. Number was right at top of page!!
