Friendly staff, great location, comfortable room.

We received an email through Booking.com advising that this location did not allow pets. When I booked through Booking.com, I specified “pet friendly” in my search. When we arrived, we learned, much to our relief, that the High River, Alberta Ramada Inn is pet welcoming. Booking.com, you need to review your programming, especially the automated emails sent prior to arrival.

Good location, easy parking onsite, clean room and facilities, buffet breakfast provided between 6-10am in lobby good variety of foods. Good walking distance to a variety of food outlets. We didn’t utilise gym but we had a look around and facilities looked good

For a one night stay it had everything we were after

The hotel was really nice. We had to book a place last minute and come very early in the morning and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the pool was a big highlight for our kids!

There was no lactose free alternative for milk at the breakfast, which is a shame since I cannot eat/drink lactose. But otherwise, the breakfast was satisfactory.

Amazing location. Nice big pool- spotlessly clean. Special shout out to the caretaker who was beyond friendly and helpful. Spacious room.

The breakfast was fine but was the exact same every day. We were staying for a week si really only had it the first 2-3 days but loads of options in the area so it wasn’t a problem at all.

Spacious room, handy location for supplies and food outlets. Bonus views out to mountains in the distance - magical. Fellow on reception supplied fresh milk for my coffee.

Not much coffee/tea supplied in room. No crockery supplied for use in microwave, no wine glasses.

Children running, shouting and playing hockey in hallway (hockey teams / tournament in town) until 9:30 at night. Staff did eventually address the issue but noise issues happened 2 nights in a row.

Was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Check in and out was quick, and went very smooth! Room was very comfortable! Would 100% stay here again, and recommend to my friends!

Stayed in a King Suite for 1 night, room was really large with a kitchenette which was awesome. Bed was really comfortable as well! We also spent a good amount of time in the pool with the waterside, SO much fun!! Highlight of the hotel for sure. And this is coming from 2 adults! Fun not just for the kids. Boston Pizza and a McDonalds right beside as well which are really convenient.

Breakfast area was pretty messy when we went down around 9:30am. There were spills and crumbs all over the counter and most of the tables were dirty as well.

It was great for our one-night stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with good selections to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

The moment we walked through the doors the staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were great.
