Loved the staff, super friendly and our room was kept clean every day and we were given clean towels and new coffee daily. Coffee machine worked well and everything that was provided worked well! The view both in and out of the hotel was also beautiful with many trees all over! Lastly, the hotel is close to everything in Hinton and a decent drive to Jasper!

The hotel had no elevator, (but the staff offered to help bring my luggage up so that was nice!) and there's no pool (but once again the staff was super helpful about places we can go to swim as well as fun activities in the area!) so over all the negatives were cancelled out.

Location, surrounding area with diners and restaurants even at walking distance. Hotel had clean, spacious rooms. Kitchenette was great for actual cooking and had cutlery that was enough. Beds were the most clean and comfortable. Had great sleep. Breakfast was included and enough stuff to fill you till Lunch. Overall great stay with visiting friends. Not a bad drive distance from Jasper..

I didn't like the breakfast... that is, there is none at all! There is an egg, yogurt and an apple... no sausage or hot dogs, nothing at all! I think the description should specify that we are serving a light snack, not breakfast... For my wife, who is watching her figure, this is just right, but for me, a big man, it is not enough, I had to buy food in the store to survive until lunch:))

Very friendly staff, clean room, got complementary breakfast (simple but some choices). Bathroom looks new-ish. Lots USB and 2 prone outlets around nightstand. Room was spacious, had a large (red) couch. Room max is only 2 adult but definitely enough space to store/layout plenty of luggage.

You can hear people walking from floor above and outside in the corridor. Personal preference: pillow was too high, mattress was too soft, bed frame *very* squeaky - literally as you sit on the side of the bed, it squeaks. AC unit is controlled by thermostat on wall, very loud and blows directly at curtains (as seen in photo), luckily we were OK with room temp so turned it off the whole night.

Great hotel, with lovely clean rooms. Good hot shower and ample continental breakfast. 5 minutes from the centre of Hinton. Would stay here again. Excellent value for money.

Basic hotel. Room was clean. I loved that the fridge was larger than most rooms have.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in. My daughters was fine she said. Should’ve switched with her. Felt like I was on a pile of bunched up rags under a sheet.

Was clean. Good price for the location. Good breakfast too.

The reception area needs to be bright and welcoming as the rooms are good but when u enter it looks dull. Also, need extra staff during breakfast as he was trying his best but accommodate everyone’s needs.

staff were very nice and friendly. i was impressed how clean the room was. even the carpet is clean! i dont see this often in hotels. i would go back and stay again. highly recommend!

only thing that surprised me is that, there is no elevator. understanble due to the age of the building. but no biggie if you only have a few bags to carry when you get a room on the 2nd floor.

The room was clean and spacious. The front desk members were so nice and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was also good. The property has ample parking spots and the location is good. I would recommend my friends and family members to stay here.

Clean, new, spacious room. Large comfortable beds. Very good hot breakfast (omelets & sausage, cold cereal, yogurt, juices, etc.). A short walk to a decent restaurant.

Small laundry facility was “out of order”. You could just about say the same for the exercise room.
