As it was our second stay, we enjoyed it again. Room was very clean, staff were pleasant and helpful. The staff that was in the kitchen that provided the breakfast was a very pleasant woman! Also the breakfast was very good.

The pool wasn’t up and running our first night and the lady assured us that it would be good to go for Saturday.. come Saturday the pool was not available for use.. and it seemed like an excuse for why it was closed so they don’t have to watch the pool or clean up after…

Location of hotel is great. Room was cozy and clean. Liked that it had power supplies right by one side of the bed. Staff were great. They allow pets for a 15.00 fee. Shower pressure was great. Loved the shampoo/conditioner they had. Lots of pillows. Easy to control room temp. But was in Fahrenheit. I'm Canadian so had to get a conversion

The elevator is very loud at 2 am and 6 am. Shame they don't have a silent mode for those hours since my room was right next to it. My door stuck. Had to lift it towards the hinges to get it to close. Key card system wasn't working so I didn't have a key to my room. That was difficult with a dog. When he needed a walk. Was told there was a breakfast but not where so I missed out on that :( and dialing 0 to get front desk didn't work. Just kept getting a busy signal. Sorry I didn't tell the staff this. I was stuck in Hinton because of snow and in a rush to get home in the am

Lots of comfortable seating in the lobby, hot beverages, very friendly staff. The room was clean and I loved the bountiful amount of pillows.

January and the Hot tub was out of order!! Plus the pool room was freezing. The breakfast was just ok. Hot food options were nice but the eggs from a powder.. not going to eat that. There was no bacon on day two. Baked goods and fruit salvaged this breakfast.

The pool was open but it was under maintenance We couldn’t enjoy the water

We needed a pet friendly room - the room we got was on main floor and easy to take our puppy out - room was very clean and quiet with plenty of parking in the back.

I can’t think of anything better. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were comfortable… a duvet cover rather than just the blankets…

The convenience and comfortability. Friendly and helpful staff. Incredibly satisfied with the stay overall.

The carpet in our king suite was soaking wet, like it was steam cleaned, but we were not notified beforehand, so we were caught off guard as our socks got wet. We just avoided that half of the room.

The hotel is located on a very good side of the town. Walmart and Canadian tire are within walking distance. It is also near to the restaurants. Room was pretty good and clean. The only small improvement area is the breakfast. It was less than ordinary and supply is very limited.

The "not up to standard" breakfast and the unavailability of Pool.

loved the location right next to restaurants and grate parking even had large stalls in the back for trailer parking, grate staff and good price! the breakfast was okay it was included with the price of the room. I LOVE that you allow pets and don’t overcharge people with the pet pee $, what you asked for was definitely part of the reason we choose to stay here!

More needed to complete breakfast, fruit and muffins. Room clean.

Paying $20 per pet. If I have one pet or 3 pets it still take the same to clean room. Should be a set fee for pet rooms. Also make pet rooms simple. No carpets, and avoid white bedding.

Although we were unable to stay in the hotel because of the situation in Jasper, I'd like to give this hotel a 10 out of 10 for their amazing customer service.
