Perfectly located for us. Minutes to Jarvis lake and an easy drive to Jasper for the day. Very clean room with a great layout and comfortable beds. Felt like a tiny apartment which worked great for my daughter, sister and me. We didn’t use the stove but the fridge and dishes came in handy. They are dog friendly too for a small fee per night which was entirely reasonable. Close to the visitor centre which had plenty of green space for me to walk the dog. It was also very quiet, although it was located next to the highway and the railroad tracks. You could hear the traffic and the trains, but it didn’t bother us at all. We would absolutely stay here again.

Check in was easy; gal who checked me was polite, friendly, helpful and kind. Room was great, clean and newly renovated.There was a little draft coming through the bottom of the door but sliding the door mat up against the door did the job.😊 Bed was comfortable; added plus was the full kitchen with dishes, pots and cleaning supplies too. The added touch was the water bottles and snack size chips on the kitchen counter. All the conveniences of home. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you

Location was convenient to travel to Jasper, clean and well maintained. Loved that there was a kitchenette where I could prepare several meals. They also offered a few snacks and bottles of water for free in the room.

Not sure why there were pots and pans as there was only a microwave and pots and pans cannot be put in a microwave? Also, and this is entirely personal preference, I found that the comforter was very light. I like to sleep with multiple layers such that my coverings feel more like a weighted blanket, therefore I had trouble falling and staying asleep.

*More than what we expected! Expected two double beds, but we were pleasantly surprised to open the door, to find one double bed in a separate bedroom. Full-sized fridge, microwave, utensils and pots, pans, crockpot, and induction stove. Small table with two chairs. A broom and dustpan at entryway. Windows that opened. *We requested two blankets on booking the room and they were waiting in the room when we arrived. *A small basket of complimentary snacks and bottled water! Lovely mountain view and we were treated to rainbow colours on the mountain in the morning!

*The washroom had a small baseboard with visible water damage, most likely from water spraying or splashing out of the shower. It would leave a better impression if that board was replaced. Perhaps some type of baseboard protector to avoid such damage. *Would welcome a dishcloth rather than just a sponge to clean dishes. *Would be nice to have light curtains so we could open the thick curtains and yet have some privacy while letting the morning/evening light in. When we opened the current curtains anyone walking by would be able to see into the room... a little uncomfortable.

The location was fantastic for anyone not wanting to go too far off the beaten path. The room was very clean and modern. It was well equipped, right down to a set of matching dishes for a family of four. It was bright and quite spacious. It had a new apartment sized refrigerator, a new cook top and microwave and coffee pot and flat screen tv. The room felt like an apartment. The free water and snacks were a nice touch. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Well done Hinton Highway Inn! We will be back.

There was nothing not to like. My only suggestion would be to make the front office building a little more appealing. However the outside had no reflection on the rooms.

Huge bed bigger than any hotel I’ve stayed in before. Very clean. The room had a kitchen with a fridge, stove and microwave. There was even complimentary snacks and water. Great value for a motel.

Ceiling fan remote didn’t work. The fan was connected to the light, and since we didn’t want the fan on, we had to leave one of the lights off. I also didn’t like how the ventilation fan was connected to the bathroom light. The smaller bed was a bit too soft.

Everything in this hotel is exceptional. We exceeded our expectations. Front desk staff Krishna is an absolute gem. She went above and beyond in providing us service. This is the safest area in Hinton.

The A/C is too loud. It's more like a sound of a hurricane, quiet scary. The bathroom has a musty smell. The drain in the tub does not stay up. You will drain the tub manually, which is a pain.

It was very clean and quiet. We arrived a bit early but they let us check in immediately. The beds were big and comfortable and the kitchenette had everything you would need to cook a full meal. I would stay here again, it was hard to find a room for two people with two beds for a good price so I would definitely recommend this place.

We had some issues unlocking the door once but the staff noticed immediately and came to help. There were also no facial tissues in the room but it was a very minor issue.

Was comfortable, the room looked clean, liked the white towels and sheets.

Would have liked disposable tumblers, more sanitary, don't like grouting on the floors, very hard to clean thoughly, if someone has a foot issue. Well you get the picture. The inside was nice, the outside look is very poor. Maybe a paint job in a light color? Also would have liked a breakfast.

It's worth the price. This is the cheapest and cleanest hotel I have stayed in Canada. It is located on the side of the road, which makes it convenient for transportation. The front desk service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and bright, and the bed is particularly comfortable. I will stay here again next time and recommend it to my friends.
