Staff was extremely friendly. Cabin was spotless and the front porch with chairs was a nice place to sit out in the morning or evening. Nice to pull right up to your cabin and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The fireplace was nice on a cool evening after rafting. The grounds seemed well maintained between cabins.
The living room had two small chairs which just wasn't cozy or very comfortable. I really wanted a place to curl up with a book. A couch or loveseat would have been such a welcome option. There was definitely some decent vehicle noise constantly from the highway which took away from peacefulness as well. I also didn't realize just how far out from Jasper the cabins are either and that they are well outside the park gates. That's probably on me for not figuring it out during booking, but it was a little frustrating doing the extra driving.

The property was cozy, clean, easy to find. The check in staff was very kind to accommodate a late check in.
Everything would have been great if not the last moment unpleasant situation. I was charged extra money for no reason. The receptionist said it was probably because I had bought something and later admitted she released an extra pay to go thorough as the booking undercharged me. I found that inexcusable to use a credit card that was given for a deposit charge to make an extra charge without any warning. To be fair, she made a refund and apologized after an attempt to explain the charge. The explanation did not make much sense to me personally. That was unfortunate as we liked the stay up until that moment.

Clean and well equipped. Good value for money and close to many beautiful places.
We arrived quite late, but before the 23.00 pm cut off. The instructions were clear, but when we rang for assistance the girl listened to my call, but didn't explain that she would meet us at the office in a few minutes - I was just left hanging on the line thinking that she would be coming back on to explain further (and worrying that we wouldn't have a bed for the night). If the staff could just explain that they were on their way, that would be helpful.

Cleanliness was good, and the kitchen had everything we needed. and the fireplace added a nice touch.
The location was not good — I didn’t realize it’s quite far from Jasper. There are no activities around, and I had to drive about 40 km back and forth each day. The fireplace added a nice touch. However, it was very close to the road, so you could hear cars passing by. It’s also quite far from Jasper (about 40 km) with no activities nearby, I expected it to be inside the park, but it was actually along the main road.

We like to be away from the maddening crowds so the location was just the ticket for a quiet and very new cabin near the East gate. The brewery next door had good food that we were able to bring back to the cabin. It was nice to have our car right out front. The cabins are nicely spaced and the common areas are lovely. As far as others mentioning road noise, we have found that to be common in properties along forested routes but felt there was very little noise at night when it matters. A nice spot for a couple nights. Arrive with the provisions you need.

The cabin was very clean, and was recently updated. Very spacious. Parking was excellent. Setting was beautiful amongst the mountains and forest. Front desk staff very willing to assist. Steps from a great microbrewery, where I had the best dry ribs.
Highway noise later in the morning, but I understand this is very difficult to control, since the cabins are only 50m or so from the highway. The closest breakfast was 2 km down the highway at the Overlander. Perhaps a small "to go" bag of muffins, etc would be possible as an option at the front desk?

Pro’s: staff were wonderful -the cabins were lovely, clean and well equipped. - enjoyed the close proximity to Jasper, Folding Mountain Brewery, and Hinton and nearby trails. - didn’t feel crowded with some wonderful views. Con’s : close proximity to the highway- the traffic noise was a lot at times even during a slower season, so I can’t imagine what it would be like during busier times. Took away from enjoying the quiet. Inside the cabin, you could not hear a lot of the noise. This would be my only negative thing to say, otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay!

Absolutely loved this property. Had everything we needed and the community was amazing. Walk length away from the restaurant with many things to do. Check in/check out process was as smooth as can be. Spent the rest of our trip thinking about how amazing this stay was!
We ran into an issue with our shower head not working properly and spraying everywhere. As soon as we addressed it to the front desk staff, it was fixed by the time we got home later that evening. Amazing service!

Beautiful, quaint and very comfortable log cabins with views of the mountains everywhere you looked. Nicely stocked kitchenette with all amenities (ie. plates, cups, flatware, pots/pans). Hinton 20 minutes away, while Jasper was about 40 minutes. Lots of hikes, wildlife and the Miette hot springs close. No park pass needed at cabins. Really enjoyed it!
The only thing I noted was the close proximity to Hwy #16. Noisy if you are outside. Can barely hear it inside cabins
