Even though a breakfast wasn't included, this Gem offered delicious muffins, fruit and teas & coffees. This facility is also in the process of being remodelled. The bathroom was complete and our room was quite nice (other than a bit of ceiling water damage in the main room).

The hallways and stairways are still a work in progress. The carpet was needing a good vacuuming but a coat of paint to spruce up the excellent bones of the hallways would greatly add to the charm of this place. As well re-entry access at the other end of the building parking lot would be helpful.

I enjoyed my one-night stay. The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. The muffin and snacks provided were perfect. I was going to check out after 11 am because I wanted to get more sleep before driving for seven hours, and when I told them at the front desk, they were very understanding, but I ended up waking up earlier than I expected. I will definitely stay here again

The hotel is still using keys instead of access cards, like most hotels, but I can understand that it is an old hotel, and yet they have done a good job of maintaining it.

Although the stated hotel amenities did not include breakfast they did have coffee, tea, a variety muffins, apples and oranges. In a lot of places that would be consider a continental breakfast. There was no decaf coffee and one of the staff kindly made a pot for me. The bed was very comfortable. We liked the fact there was a fridge and microwave. Had a nice view of the mountains in the distance.

Room was small. We were located on the highway side and it was very noisy. In hindsight should have asked to be moved. Thought it was expensive for what was offered.

Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was modern. The free breakfast is good. Great location for the surrounding area and for onward travel. Fairly priced accommodation.

The staff members at reception are not very personable or polite. They honestly should work on their customer service skills to be more welcoming.. The carpets throughout the hotel smell really badly, it would be a good idea to either deep clean them or replace them completely. A better choice of hot drinks would be nice, eg, teas as well as coffee.

Very clean room, comfy bed. AC worked awesome (as someone who likes a chilly room) staff were very nice & even printed my park pass for me that I forgot at home. We were spending the weekend in Jasper, and the cheapest hotel we could find there would have set us back $900! We spent two nights at Twin Pine in a king room & spent just under $130! Amazing value. Bathroom was very nice & updated, with large shower.

The only complaint I can think of is that while the water stayed consistently warm, it was never hot.. and we like hot showers, but that’s not a huge deal.

The inside of the room had a nice upgrade and was very quiet on the 2nd floor midway down the hallway. Great location just off the hwy on the way into town.

I didn’t realize it was a location that the workers stayed in until i arrived at the hotel. I tried to order some food at 9:15pm from the pub, I called front desk, and she transferred me to the kitchen. No one answered the phone, I left a message with my order & room # but I didn’t hear back from the kitchen, so after a busy & long drive that day, no dinner.

It was a lovely place to stay with a light room with everything you needed .The staff were lovely and very helpful and you couldn't hear the traffic on the busy road once in room 10/10 and would recommend

Didn't like the lift but who does and at least they actually had a lift unlike most the places we've stayed in Canada

The rooms were great. Very clean and stocked well with coffee! The staff were awesome and very helpful if I needed anything. Nice and quiet too!

Only thing was that the restaurant didn't open until 10am. But our stay was off season so I do understand.

Not my first time to stay at this hotel. Its clean, quiet enough for me. I am not too picky person. Location is great. Easy access. Trying to choose this hotel if price is not to high!

No more breakfast early morning like it was before Covid.

Our room was on the "back side" of the hotel and we stayed on a Monday night, so it was very, very quiet. The room was too warm, but we were able to keep the window open all night. Shower was lovely!

Not being able to adjust the temperature could have been an issue, but we opened the window. Bed was too soft and bouncy, but we still slept well because it was so quiet! Plumbing or something above us made some weird noises.
