Bathroom was great, good quality bath products were supplied. Products were easily accessible when you were taking a bath. Adjacent Korean restaurant was good and very convenient.

Didn't appreciate having to ask the front desk for decaf coffee and make my decaf coffee in my room and take it down to the breakfast room since it's not provided there. Many people cannot tolerate caffeine. When I have guests in my home I provide them with both decaf and regular coffee at breakfast. I expect a good hotel to do the same.

We had a wonderful stay at Coast Hinton Hotel! Everything was perfect – from the friendly and helpful staff to the clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel has a great location, making it convenient for exploring the area. The room was well-equipped, and very clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We also appreciated the quiet and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

beds are very uncomfortable and super small..Mattress old and shaking with each move. when one person goes in the middle.of the bed another falls on them lol we were trying to move the bed from the wall there is to the no way walking around that. I had dislocated knee and it was not possible to turn in small.space between window and wall. We tried to move the bed but the headboard is screwed to the wall. it was pet friendly and we enjoyed that part.

Myself and 3 girls stayed here before a backcountry hike we planned to start early in the Rockies the next morning. This hotel was great! Clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly. You could tell they really cared about providing good service, asking about how our room was and our experience. Also I was to state how good the free breakfast was! It was large with many options. I really recommend this hotel if needing a stay in Hinton or near to the Rockies.

Very cozy and tidy suit. Everything is clean and made for comfortable rest. Nice king size bed, jacuzzi in suit, big tv, great view from window with sunset, fireplace. Lot of towels, robes. There is everything what we was needed for our stay. Staff are really polite, gentle and fast in responding. We asked more pillows and fast we got it. Thanks a lot! You made our weekend perfectly special. Thanks to lady who served breakfast. Very kind and polite.

This was a lovely surprise as the photos didn't do it justice. Our room was clean, bright and updated. Being on the 1st floor, it was easy to get our luggage to the room. Everything we needed was available for us. The breakfast room was bright and clean. Staff were available and making sure each table was clean, no overflowing garbage and food was replenished. They made sure they weren't in our way but helpful when needed. Checking and checkout was a breeze. A true Coast Hotel.

Shower was a bit loud for getting up early. We were afraid to disturb others with the noise from it. No other issues

Spacious room, very comfortable beds, staff were wonderful, accommodating the needs of my golden retriever. The soaps and lotions in the bathroom were soa quality! Included breakfast was good. Great location. Definitely coming back!

It was a bit hot in the building, had to run the ac overnight in April!

We traveled in the off season (December 21) and their were only a small amount of guests. Room was clean comfortable and spacious. We stayed in a pet friendly room on the first floor. Coffee available in the room was very good. Price for the room was very reasonable.

The thermostat in the room did not work and the room was excessively warm. We had to run the fan all night to keep the room at a reasonable temperature. Breakfast in the morning was very limited in selection.

Clean and good location

Pop machine was not working. The beds were to high to comfortable sit on and in saying that my mother at 80+ couldn’t get into. I went and asked for a stool but they didn’t have any. We had to use a suitcase to stand on so she could get in to the bed.

I’ve been to many hotels, but this hotel had the comfiest bed I’ve ever laid upon. Love that the flooring was wood and not the usual crusty hotel carpet. Seems newly renovated. Decent breakfast.

Room didn’t have outlets next to the bed to plug in our phones.
