We had a wonderful stay at Coast Hinton Hotel! Everything was perfect – from the friendly and helpful staff to the clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel has a great location, making it convenient for exploring the area. The room was well-equipped, and very clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We also appreciated the quiet and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This was a lovely surprise as the photos didn't do it justice. Our room was clean, bright and updated. Being on the 1st floor, it was easy to get our luggage to the room. Everything we needed was available for us. The breakfast room was bright and clean. Staff were available and making sure each table was clean, no overflowing garbage and food was replenished. They made sure they weren't in our way but helpful when needed. Checking and checkout was a breeze. A true Coast Hotel.

Shower was a bit loud for getting up early. We were afraid to disturb others with the noise from it. No other issues

Very cozy and tidy suit. Everything is clean and made for comfortable rest. Nice king size bed, jacuzzi in suit, big tv, great view from window with sunset, fireplace. Lot of towels, robes. There is everything what we was needed for our stay. Staff are really polite, gentle and fast in responding. We asked more pillows and fast we got it. Thanks a lot! You made our weekend perfectly special. Thanks to lady who served breakfast. Very kind and polite.

Spacious room, very comfortable beds, staff were wonderful, accommodating the needs of my golden retriever. The soaps and lotions in the bathroom were soa quality! Included breakfast was good. Great location. Definitely coming back!

It was a bit hot in the building, had to run the ac overnight in April!

We traveled in the off season (December 21) and their were only a small amount of guests. Room was clean comfortable and spacious. We stayed in a pet friendly room on the first floor. Coffee available in the room was very good. Price for the room was very reasonable.

The thermostat in the room did not work and the room was excessively warm. We had to run the fan all night to keep the room at a reasonable temperature. Breakfast in the morning was very limited in selection.

I’ve been to many hotels, but this hotel had the comfiest bed I’ve ever laid upon. Love that the flooring was wood and not the usual crusty hotel carpet. Seems newly renovated. Decent breakfast.

Room didn’t have outlets next to the bed to plug in our phones.

Excellent choice for visiting Jasper and not paying the high prices of lodges inside the national parks. Hotel was very nice, room was clean and equipped with everything the I needed. Price paid was very affordable for what was offered. Great option.

Communication with hotel is almost none existent . I have tried calling them , no luck . Also started e mailing them on July 23 d , in regards cancelling our third night ( 24 h free cancelation policy ) no success at all . After sending them at least 4 e mails I gave up . Upon arrival spoke to lady at the desk , she told be that they DO NOT HAVE working phones . Also she told me about cancelation policy , so I managed to contact booking and they said that they will take care of it . Btw gentlemen from booking .com tried calling hotel no luck in connecting . That is unacceptable . Staff is super nice and friendly . Rooms are ok size , beds are awful ( small and lucking on proper bedding /pillows ) . I would stay again here for night or two if rate was cheaper .

the picture does not match the room. checking person failed to show any coutesy or smile, just went through the process. (on leaving the next morning the person at the front dest was more personable)
