Very clean room, comfy bed. AC worked awesome (as someone who likes a chilly room) staff were very nice & even printed my park pass for me that I forgot at home. We were spending the weekend in Jasper, and the cheapest hotel we could find there would have set us back $900! We spent two nights at Twin Pine in a king room & spent just under $130! Amazing value. Bathroom was very nice & updated, with large shower.

The only complaint I can think of is that while the water stayed consistently warm, it was never hot.. and we like hot showers, but that’s not a huge deal.

The inside of the room had a nice upgrade and was very quiet on the 2nd floor midway down the hallway. Great location just off the hwy on the way into town.

I didn’t realize it was a location that the workers stayed in until i arrived at the hotel. I tried to order some food at 9:15pm from the pub, I called front desk, and she transferred me to the kitchen. No one answered the phone, I left a message with my order & room # but I didn’t hear back from the kitchen, so after a busy & long drive that day, no dinner.

It was a lovely place to stay with a light room with everything you needed .The staff were lovely and very helpful and you couldn't hear the traffic on the busy road once in room 10/10 and would recommend

Didn't like the lift but who does and at least they actually had a lift unlike most the places we've stayed in Canada

Our room was on the "back side" of the hotel and we stayed on a Monday night, so it was very, very quiet. The room was too warm, but we were able to keep the window open all night. Shower was lovely!

Not being able to adjust the temperature could have been an issue, but we opened the window. Bed was too soft and bouncy, but we still slept well because it was so quiet! Plumbing or something above us made some weird noises.

Was conveniently located. With a lounge on site. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the lounge was great! All in all a good experience.

Not really a issue with the property itself but other guests. Letting doors slam and being noisy in hallways just generally not being courteous to others that were staying in the hotel.

The location was very good for access to the highway. The room was very comfortable- my only complaint was the bed was a bit too soft but that could be a personal preference problem only. The room was VERY clean, liked that we had a fridge and microwave. We had dinner in the bar and the food was excellent.

We didn’t eat breakfast in the restaurant as we wanted an early start- perhaps breakfast start a little earlier?

When it came to checkout the front desk staff was talking on the phone to what sounded like a friend and didn’t bother to put the phone call on hold to greet us when checking out, she just held out her hand for keys and continued on with her conversation. It was very rude and disrespectful. Was not impressed.

Clean, modern, well maintained rooms. We had important activities in Jasper during day, and there were no hotels available there. This was an affordable alternative, and it's a good quality hotel.

Chairs could have been more comfortable.

The room was clean and up to date for the type hotel. The shower was nice and the beds comfortable. Housekeeping was good. The breakfast is very good with big portions and priced fairly.

The sink is outside of the bathroom. Dinner food items in the restaurant don’t seem very fresh. I ordered a wrap and side of fries and they appeared to be McCain frozen fries.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were renovated with rainfall showers. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms we were in had connecting doors, which was perfect for when baby went to bed and when closed no increased sound transfer between rooms. King beds and pillows were perfect - not too soft or firm. Everything was very clean!
