Big spacious room with super comfy beds and a sofa. The bathroom was nice with good pressure shower. The little kitchenette served us well for a few basic cooked meals, with most of the necessities. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, too.

Despite being a room for four people, the dining room table only had three chairs, so it was a bit tricky when cooking for ourselves. Additionally, the kitchenette was missing a few fundamentals, including a kettle. The included breakfast was very chaotic, with limited seating availability.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was superb and I would have rated it more than 10 if there was an option. The room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the mountains. Loved it.

The staff at the morning breakfast buffet were very unpleasant and unfriendly. They behaved as they were the ones paying for your breakfast. Breakfast menu was pretty much the same everyday. The water dispensers were shut off after the breakfast and you had to either buy your drinking water or fill it up from the faucets in your room or bathroom. I wouldn’t have a problem with that at my home but since this is a hotel and is used by millions of people, I’m not sure about the hygiene part and it is unfair to expect your guests to fill drinking water from the faucets in their rooms. Alberta provides treated water that is safe for human consumption and being a public space, you should be able to provide water outlets just intended for drinking purposes and nothing else.

I love the hot breakfast and the selection. It was really convenient to be able to access the restaurant on site and via the entrance attached to the hotel. The pool and hot tub were great. Room was updated and clean. Extra blanket and pillow were provided and sinage included prompting to contact the front desk of we forgot anything. Wifi was included and the ability to change the temp in our room was helpful. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I didn’t even need to ask a question at check in, they answered them all for me through the process.

I found the pool water quite cold and couldn’t get the jets in the hot tub to work.

5th stop of our road trip from Calgary to Vancouver, we spent 2 nights at Best Western Plus Hinton Inn & Suites. What we liked: + Beautiful room with comfortable bedding, well-equipped + Enjoyable pool/jacuzzi area + More than adequate breakfast + Fairly good value for money

What we liked less: - Hinton is an hour's drive from Jasper, making it quite far from the excursions we had planned (Maligne Canyon, Pyramid Lake, etc.). Driving an extra hour after a busy day probably doesn't justify the price difference compared to staying directly in Jasper. - Hinton, from what we saw, isn't very welcoming (a highway lined with hotels and restaurants). - The reception at the hotel was one of the coldest we encountered during our trip. - Prior to our arrival, responses to my questions about local activities were very vague.

The breakfast was ok but unfortunately the seating capacity was very limited which meant that guests had to take their breakfast to their rooms. Furthermore, guests were not allowed to sit outside at the terrace to eat their breakfasts because the terrace belonged to the hotel restaurant and the manager would not allow guests to sit there for breakfast.

The cleanliness, very courteous ,friendly,helpfull, and professional al staff.with one exception The bedding was very comfortable.

Only one thing I did not like was the individual (male) that registered me in.He never made any welcoming jestures. Note. Thus was the same person who registered me on a previous stay, and his mannerisms were the same then. If it were not for so many positives to my stay I would be looking at alternatives.

The location was further out from the park then I would have liked but my fault for not checking. The room was very large and comfortable. Staff was nice. There is a restaurant attached to this hotel that I highly recommend. Large variety of dishes and all I had was very good.

The breakfast would have been better if it were kept warm, this seemed unusual for Best Western have not had that problem in the states that I remember.

Clean and spacious rooms, location, staff.

We like to mention, 1) Breakfast was included but it seemed like it works as “first come first serve”. We had to literally ask each time when some of the items ran out. Also, there was no proteins for Vegetarians. All other hotels, have either beans or something for proteins for vegetarians. 2) washroom disposable slippers weren’t an option available.

The facilities were good. Breakfast was nice.

The housekeeping was not up to the mark. Many times, used towels would be still lying on the floor after the cleaning. We were a group of 5 but not enough crockery in the room. So had to ask for the same. We were provided with disposables that had to be collected in person myself from the front desk.

Great as usual. Our second stay and the hotel doesn't disappoint. Rooms, bathroom and staff are all great. Breakfast was included in our stay and had plenty of options. Great size pool and hot tub. Wish the local cat could be still around.

There was nothing I didn't like.
