Location and the room. Certainly met my expectations. They had Dove products - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner & Body Lotion - which were good. Towels were of good quality. Shower was hot and water flow was good too unlike other hotels. We checked out late around 12 noon and they Reception accommodated that.

Breakfast could have been better. Napkins were poor, spoons were just plastic spoons, while the forks and knives were stainless steel. Toilet Rolls in the bathroom were of poor quality. We came late so really couldn't use the Jacuzzi provided in our King Bedroom. And the hotel Hot Tub was also under maintenance. Even though I informed Reception that I'm checking out late, Room Service kept knocking the door which was irritating. They didn't have the "Do not disturb" sign on the door to hang it outside.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, especially the sheets, quilt covers, and pillowcases — everything was spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable and soft, which made for a great night’s sleep. As someone who pays close attention to service and hygiene standards, I was very satisfied. The hotel met all my expectations in these areas.The location is also convenient — within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. There is even a gas station right across the street. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. I give 5 stars.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly, and the continental breakfast had a great selection.

The beds are hard, there is always a lineup at the Continental breakfast and not enough seating. From my perspective, the pancake machine and toaster is holding up the line and preventing access for those people who are only interested in a bagel and coffee. The majority of people are very polite and do not like budding in front of others, Perhaps relocating these two items would create a better flow and reduce the lineup.

The facility was clean, in a good location off the yellowhead, the staff were friendly and helpful and a variety of hot and cold breakfast options in the morning.

The beds and pillows weren’t the best but they were ok and the parking situation, while lots of spots out front and outback is a bit inconvenient. If you get stuck parking at the back there aren’t any convenient ways to bring all your luggage in and up to your room without walking all the way around the building or hauling them up a couple flights of stairs. But it’s still not horrible by any means

It was clean, spacious, comfortable, equiped with enough towels and quality toiletries. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast. We choose this place by recommendations of "excellent breakfast", but it was far from good. For breakfast you have scrambled eggs, some pork meat "kebab" style, toast, pancakes and a few bread spreads. No cheese, no yogurt, salami, any kind of greens/vegetables at all, I don't know if that was the case before but in Europe even cheap one star motels have better breakfast options. Other than that, everything else was okay.

We got the cheapest hotel room we could find in the Jasper area, so our expectations were low. However, we were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel! The receptionists were very nice and helpful, and the check in process went smoothly. Our room was big, with two queen beds as advertized. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, more so than many fancier hotels we've stayed at. There is a small gym at the hotel, which was a nice surprise - there's one treadmill and one machine so not extraordinary, but enough for a few minutes of exercise to soften the blow from breakfast. The room had a good size mini-fridge, nice Dove toiletries, a coffee maker and some coffee, and a small TV (not a smart TV). The staff let us use the hot water in the breakfast area after hours to have some tea. Breakfast was nice, with fresh coffee, cereal + milk, egg, sausage and beans, an automatic pancake machine, and breads and jam.

The hotel is not new or fancy, but honestly that didn't really bother us. It has all you could need for a comfortable yet affordable stay.

Typical hotel room with two queen sized beds. The room was spacious and comfortable for two people and a one night stay. Staff greeted us at the front desk when we arrived, even though it was after 10pm. They told us to park our motorcycles down by the end of the lot where there were cameras so that they could monitor them overnight. Breakfast was served continental style in the dining room and had a good selection of bagels, eggs, bacon, and beverages,

The room had the A/C on so it was very cold when we got in but it warmed up quickly once the heat was on.

Property was very clean and staff was very friendly.

The breakfast area feels quite cramped given the overall size of the property. They should consider expanding the space to allow more guests to enjoy breakfast simultaneously, or they could extend the breakfast hours. With breakfast currently served from 6:30 to 9:00 AM, there was a significant wait to secure a seat. Additionally, it would be nice if they could vary the breakfast menu a bit, as we had the same options each morning during our two-night stay. Otherwise Everything else was really good.

Hotel is clean. Beds old and squeaky the coffee machine did not work you had to hold the button on in order to get it to work. As far as the free breakfast. That was disgusting. I am not a racist person. But the breakfast too was complete full of people from the Philippines and they were loaded up and ate everything in sight emptied the pancake machine. Drank all the juice the place was demolished. Other guest at the hotel said the same. We wanted coffee the other guest that just left with coffee said good luck. I am sorry but if a hotel is having a tour group the need to provide a separate dining room for them with their own food. I have never seen such greed in my life as what I saw in that breakfast room. You could not sit all the tables and chairs were full with people and their purses They were stuffing the food into their purses. It was disgusting. I will be asking the next time I stay if they have any groups booked. If so I will not be booking. I am heading back to Hinton on the 11 I hope it is not the same.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the room was spacious and comfortable overall. Breakfast was definitely a highlight—offering a wide variety: coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, pancakes, toast, bagels, eggs, sausages, even hot sauce.

The mattress was on the soft side—not a dealbreaker, but during warmer nights it can feel a bit uncomfortable. Also, the shower uses one of those clingy curtains that tend to get in the way, which isn’t ideal.
