Easy check in and out, clean, staff friendly,

One elevator for 3 floors not enough, ( when you check in or out with all your belongings and the luggage cart it interferes with guests that just want quick up or down as there is no room for cart and people) your fitness room could use more free weights and little more atmosphere, also there wasn’t enough chairs to sit on for breakfast in morning, terrible toasters for bread and not enough healthy options for breakfast, eg fruit cup, or options to make smoothies from yogurt? Other than that was good I didn’t like the coffee at all use another brand or medium or dark roast does the acid level isn’t so high?

It was very clean, the shower was nice, beds were comfy, staff responded to requests in a timely manner (front desk, housekeeping and the lovely lady at breakfast worked very hard). Cold water at the entrance

Flat tire on luggage trolley and no ice on second floor. The room should have been prepared to accommodate 4 as it was booked for 4.

Spacious room for a family of 5, big pool and a great water slide

The family's room was in the basement floor, located 1 hour drive from Jasper city and most popular hikes and lakes (although it's a beautiful drive and a good opportunity for animal watching) Basic breakfast

Staff was great. Rooms were good. Clean and spacious bathroom. Pool was great for the kids. Beds were comfy.

People letting kids stay up late and make noise late at night. Kid was screaming late in the night. Not hotels fault but that kept me up.

The complimentary breakfast is always great, the room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. I didn’t get a chance to go to the pool, as we had to go quickly in the morning but the whirlpool bath in the room was fantastic. And the view was beautiful, Hinton is really pretty.

The staff were very accomodating especially Lianne and Manuel from the reception, jojo from the kitchen and lucy from housekeeping. We enjoyed the pool and slides, the food and the warmth ambiance of the hotel. Surely highly recommended.

The place is really nice, clean and comfortable. All amenities were good. The breakfast is excellent too. And the staff were all courteous and provided all that we needed and answered all our questions/queries.

Everything was clean, the staff was amazing and helpful with more blankets and towels was a very nice stay and I would stay again.

I didn't find anything I didn't like it was great.

It was hard to get breakfast with very limited supplies. Several people were taking lots of food with them which used up a lot of what could have been available

The hotel was in a good location, with friendly staff, and the kids loved the waterside in the pool!

The room was great, decent size, but the floors in bathroom were quite dirty when we arrived in the room.
