Everything was clean, quiet, and convenient. I’m used to staying in resort hotels and this was impressive for a Hampton Inn! The sheets on the bed were by far the softest I have ever slept in! The bed to me was like a soft cloud. Everything including the hallways was very clean. Breakfast was awesome! Coffee bar was great bc they had actual creamers that were chilled and ice water to fill my bottle up before a long trek across the country. Parking was so easy even for our giant lifted diesel truck! The location was great bc it was on the outskirts of town so it gave us a nice view and we walked to the KEG for dinner which was perfection!!

The only complaint came from my husband that the bed was a little too hard but I LOVED it! The towels weren’t as fluffy as others but that just means they absorb better.

My cousin and I travelled for the Sam Roberts Band concert. Were very impressed with the proximity to the facility. Upon arrival to the room, I was pleasantly surprised at the accessiblility features there were in the room. I have a disability (I didn't request it as I'm currently moving around without any aids) and found the walk in shower feature very easy to get in and out of. The room was really spacious. We were really close to the elevator, didn't hear a thing. Breakfast was good, area was clean, staff was friendly. Exceeded my expectations.

So comfortable, easy check in, lovely staff. I loooove that checkout is noon and I can sleep in without worry. The bed and pillows which are the most important thing of all, were perfect. I woke up refreshed and slept so well. And that says something. I’m a menopausal woman with wicked hot flashes and achy joints! Sleep is so difficult as it is !

Such minor things I shouldn’t even bother mentioning. I would love to have found more dark roast coffee available. The usb outlet in my room was a bit wiggly and I worried it wouldn’t stay for charging but it did. I wish light switches for the bedside lamps were easy to reach.

We loved the pool it was a great little set up! The gym was phenomenal for a hotel gym. Had everything you needed! And the best part was their breakfast!! Full spread had everything for everyone!

Our bathroom didn’t have a fan. Our remote for the tv was filthy but right away front desk switched it for us. I would just add that the tv needs instructions as it wasn’t receiving a signal it said but front desk told us to switch to channel 2 and worked!

The hotel was new, clean and well kept. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was pretty typical of one you might find in any hotel, with the exception of the "make your own waffles." The hotel was a little out of the way, but I liked that it wasn't in an overpopulated area. Overall I would say that it is a great hotel that provides a nice service and value for money.

This is a well designed and efficiently run establishment, serving visitors to the west end of the city. Everything was as anticipated given the name of the chain.

Can't think of anything. The site is currently away from the main road and slightly awkward to get to, but as the area develops this will become easier to access.

The hotel was fantastic. However, Booking.com was terrible to deal with. There was an issue with the Booking.com confirmation # not showing up in the hotel database. We had to wait 30 minutes to check in before Booking.com would recognize it was their fault and give us a full refund. So we could check in through the hotel.

Breakfast Food is the usual synthetic fare but plenty of it, pleasant staff and frequent refills of empty trays of hot food. Smiles and friendly staff always. Very clean, quiet,family friendly

Nowhere to change at the pool other than bathroom

The breakfast and dinning area was fantastic. I really appreciated that the dinning space was available to be used by guests outside of breakfast hours. That made it handy for us when we wanted to eat outside of our room.

The one issue I had were the drains in the sink and bathtub were very slow. I also wish that this hotel had suites with two rooms available. We were traveling with two small children that required naps and went to bed at 730pm. Having to have all the lights off so early was difficult.

Excellent, clean facility. Very friendly and helpful staff. Appreciate the coffee always available by the front desk. Decent selection for breakfast!

The only downside this visit was the rooms don't get serviced every day anymore. Not a major problem but something to be aware of with the towels especially.
