I loved the place, it was so much better than I was expecting, and we enjoyed our entire stay! The room was cozy, and we loved the view from our room. We got the top floor which was great, and we enjoyed the pool, it wasn't overly crowded, had all of the amenities, and the hours were awesome!

The breakfast, the eggs were not what I was expecting from a hotel /: I was super excited and it kind of let me down. Other than that the only other thing I might say is that it would have been nice to see some meat options for breakfast that weren't pork. Turkey bacon, or turkey sausage would've been awesome!!

Location was good. Plenty of car parking, room was clean and had good size with all the items we needed, stairs, lobby, corridor and elevator were very clean. Breakfast had good choices. We loved the swimming pool that had a slide for kids. Fitness room had all the necessary equipments.

Surprisingly there was water outage in washroom when we checked in, it lasted about an hour or so. When water returned, it was coming in a spurt. We talked to the front desk, it happened because of some outside issue, it was fixed relatively quickly.

Nice hot tub, there was a slide for my family to enjoy. The free breakfast was great! No bacon like it showed online but everything else was good, also it showed turkey round sausages but they served pork sausages and they were great too. Staff very friendly.

I was put in the room closest to the lobby/elevators and I don’t know if it’s common for this place for a ton of people to check in large groups late at night but I could hear everybody loudly talking, almost as if they were outside my door cause of how close I was and we have a child and a baby so didn’t get great sleep. But also because the elevator is on other side of our hotel wall we heard it going off all the time sounded like aloud dishwasher. Next time I’ll request to be put far away as possible from the lobby.

Amazing breakfast. Selection and food were very good. Overall, it is very clean and comfortable, and rooms are a comfortable size for a family. Easy and close parking, and close to airport and major stores.

Only wish they had advised earlier that pool and hot tub are closed, it is not fair to just learn that when you arrive on premises. Some issues with sound....I could hear some banging, probably from floor above in the middle of the night. Can't blame hotel staff for that as it was probably the people above me.

The proximity to the airport

The bathroom was not very clean, lots of guck buildup around the soap dispenser in shower- it grossed me out. Parking was very limited. 1 elevator = long waits and then finally just taking the stairs because you get tired of waiting. Breakfast room was very small and not enough tables for guests, I ended up taking my breakfast back up to my room so I could sit and eat.

The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful! They really went above and beyond to accommodate a special request. Our room was clean and very comfortable. It was nice to have a mini fridge and a microwave too. The breakfast was hot and delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel every time we go on travel, the location is perfect, few minutes from the Airport and Park and Fly, the staff are amazing and they offer a delicious Breakfast. Their prices are very reasonable, I truly recommend this Hotel.

I wished they offered parking if you need to travel and back to stay at their location, the prices are high for keeping your vehicle at their location.

I liked everything about my stay except for some of the food at breakfast.

Well I got to say I was not impressed with the cheese egg omelet and my banana was rotten. The banana looked like a normal banana but when I opened it it was black. No one's fault of course. The omelet had cheese whiz used for cheese I think, at least it tasted like that.

Room was decent. Beds and pillows were good. Breakfast was good.

Blackout curtains in the room sucked. No fan in the bathroom so it turned into a steam room when showering.

Great selection and quality. Staff kept breakfast supplies/food well stocked. Tables and counters kept clean.

Bathroom within the “suite” was very dark. They could benefit from lighted light switches. These would act as dim night lights (safety in the dark and avoid turning on a very bright overhead light in the middle of the night)
