Good sized room, very clean and comfortable beds and good air conditioning

Restaurant was closed for a special party, attached Casino Buffet also not open on Thursday and some other nights. The only place to eat was at the bar in the casino. Maybe room service but we wanted to go out and sit down. Was extremely irritated that the restaurant was closed for special party, but NOT notified at time of booking that no sit down service available.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, spacious and clean. I also appreciated the restaurant choices and lots of free parking at the hotel. The location also makes it easy to visit different parts of the Lower Mainland. The beds were comfortable and the washroom was pure serenity.

For the sensitive guests like me, I didn’t enjoy the perfume that is pumped into the public spaces. I smelled it in the lobby, elevators and hallways and it was a high pitched floral scent. This was the only reason I didn’t rate the hotel a 10 since I would have preferred scent-free.

Access to the drop off or check in location is via a separate turnoff from the highway, I found this confusing as the access into the parking lot uses a different turn off. I found this confusing as the signs in the parking lot saying “hotel drop off” lead you back into the parking lot and not to the hotel entrance.

Covered free parking, very spacious room, on site restaurants and very modern bathroom with a night light. Not to mention well equipped gym, we were not too sure about the location, but facility was very nice. We were going to drive out for dinner but ended up eating at the buffet restaurant on site, which had a long line up to get in =very popular. We avoided the rush and went in later. We would stay there again. Was nice we didn't have to go out and be able to relax.

There was nothing around in walking distance

I like the location, I like the rooms and I like the shower especially. The beds were very comfortable and clean.

A few things I would like to point out, There was no light bulbs in the lamp in the corner of the room, and the plugs were very hard to plug in anything possibly because they are still new and not warn in yet? Also the I could not cool the room down every time I adjusted the thermostat from 71 to 64 it would not cool down goes right back to 71. Also when I was looking out the window over the parking lot I could not help notice a huge garbage bin full of garbage not a pretty site!!

We had a conference and the staff was great with helpful set up and assistance during the event.

it was probably the organizer, but there was come confusion around how many tables there would be and the coffee and water availablity/restocking during the day

We arrived quite late around 10.30 pm and were greeted very warmly by the member of staff. He was very helpful and gave us a few very helpful tips for our onward journey. The breakfast was very nice with a small but very good choice. Again the member of staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful once again.

Always clean

This time room 230 coffee maker doesn’t work properly. The hall lights comes on and off on it own like a ghost in the room

It was a high price for the return. I paid about $500 for the room (about half a months rent) it was a last minute booking as my plans quickly changed, but ouch. Not other goodies to sweeten the deal, like a breakfast or something else added. It was just a room.

Sadly, no breakfast buffet. 😞 on Sundays.

Spacious room, super clean, huge free parking

Wish they have laundry room, definitely recommendable for tourists. driving distance to Richmond and vancouver is very convenient
