The location is perfect for our trip. Our room was clean and equipped with a fully functioning kitchen (full sized fridge and common kitchen items). The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was fantastic, there were lots of variety and was served hot and fresh! We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna after a long day of being outdoors. We were so pleased with our stay and had to extend for another day and was well worth it.

The only thing that’s missing would be an air vent to circulate the air in the washroom. A tiny table closer to the wall outlet in the kitchenette would also be a great addition to the space.

staff was very friendly and helpful. room was spacious and clean. Pool and hot tub area was clean and water temps were perfect. Complimentary breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. Restaurant on site was very good as well, service was fast and friendly. would stay again at this location and would recommend to others

bathroom door didn't close properly and sink was cracked. Furnishings were a little worn but still useable and comfortable. No towels available at pool and no notification to use towels from the room. Rates were a bit high, but comparable to others in the area

The gentleman at check in was efficient, polite and listened well. He willingly upgraded our room to the back side of the hotel that was quieter and had great views of the mountain when I asked. He explained the breakfast and dinner options as well as providing towels for the pool. The breakfast offered as part of the room price was very good. A variety of hot foods as well as fruits, yogurts cereals, toast, muffins, juice coffee and tea. I may have missed listing all of them.

The microwave sat on top of the fridge and made quite a bit of vibration noise. We thought to move the microwave to the counter and the noise subsided so we did sleep well because it was quiet. The restaurant for dinner did not have the mashed potatoes for entrees that mentioned it on the menu so I was left with a piece of salmon and some vegetables with no adjustment in price. I was disappointed in the vegetables as I’m sure they were not fresh. They were soggy like they came from frozen. That made my meal overpriced. The salmon, however was cooked to be dairy free as per my request so I’m thankful for that.

Our room 404 was clean and comfortable. The Resteraunt on site “Alforno” was fabulous with the only employee a young man from Jamaica doing a fantastic job, looking after everyone’s food and drinks. Breakfast was good also. The pool area was very clean and the picnic table just outside it provided a great sunny spot with a good view.

The curtains did not close properly so they let in a lot of light from the car park and sunshine. Not much in the immediate area, apart from the sky bridge

A classic hotel by the road, but full of nice surprises. The first one is a swimming pool with a slide and a hot tub. There is also a small gym available on site. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities. We had a room with a small kitchenette, which was an ideal solution for a few days. Everything was complemented by a hearty breakfast. The location was a great starting point for nearby national parks.

We done sky bridge so location perfect,nothing close to walk to but we only started for night ,bar and pizza was good in hotel

Breakfast was little poor on the hot stuff bacon really really burnt hash browns soggy, scrambled egg runny beans looked like they had added something to the colour was very dark ,but I had fruit and yogurt, toast jam coffee which was really nice,no washer or dryer in room there in separate place in basement

Breakfast buffet was great, food always well cooked. The in-house restaurant also offers quality meals, so no need to travel elsewhere for dinner. I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with living room, providing a comfortable lounging area.

In the spa area: the hot tub has very little jet power - it could use a better circulation pump. The water slide was only operational on the weekend, and I could not find a switch to turn it on in the pool area.

Clean room, comfortable beds, lovely bedding and pillows. The furniture was nice. The building appeared to be old, but in good repair and nicely painted. Everyone was so congenial and helpful. Like Mike, Harry and Gary. Good refrigerators. Nice pool, slide and hot tub. Delicious breakfast on real plates and silverware. I was so happy they had peanut butter and jam. Our King room had an ample kitchen ,dishes and a good sized refrigerator which we used for our evening snack. We all slept really well!

No decaf coffee 👎 no peppermint tea

The Rocky Mountain view outside our room was fantastic, a full panoramic display. We appreciated the supper meal service provided to our room from the Alfonso Restaurant, that was adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The room included a kitchenette, which wasn't needed, but appreciated the full size fridge.

The design of the hotel/motel is a little complicated with outside entrances to hotel rooms needing to be accessed using inner corridors and stairwells. A complimentary map guiding us to our room would have helped.

We had room 315 with kitchenette. Microwave and two pits te cook. Beautiful mountain view. Large tv connection with the provider wasnt the best but we love to sit outside. Great gym and amazing pool and sauna. Breakfast was wonderful, we stayed 3 nights and every morning warm scrambled eggs bacon or saucauges , beans, potatoes. Yoghurt orange jus, cereals and fresh fruit. Everything looked clean and the room was large.
