The receptionist was very helpful, we were originally allocated a room on its own right by the hotels liquor store. The manager of the store explained that the store was open until 11 at night and her staff would be back and forth between store and room next to ours all the time so it would be noisy although she would ask the staff to try to keep noise to a minimum. When we went back to ask for another room the receptionist was very apologetic - think new and hadn’t realised - she then gave us a room facing the mountains on the 3rd floor. She also rang in the evening to check that everything was ok and asked again each time we passed her in reception.

Cannot think of anything that I would suggest changing or improving.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room with kitchenette, very comfortable room and bathroom; very good bar/grill in the hotel; easy parking; very silent room to the backside of the hotel

Located on Hwy. 1, Ricki’s restaurant attached to hotel. The hotel has spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, refrigerator and microwave in room, a small TV with remote in bathroom.

No ice available in ice machines on first & second floors.

Hotel room was great...nit bigger than normal hotel room size which gave us space to stuff our ski gear.....super quiet room. Didn't hear street noise or other people at hotel.

Very nice room, large, clean , comfy bed, quiet and enjoyed food in Ricky’s Grill, close to attractions and excellent staff.

Not the prettiest location by the highway, but there was no noise disturbance.

The room was fantastic, really comfortable and spacious, best room of our entire trip! Staff were friendly at check in.

Only downside is the location on the main highway, not walkable into Golden but only a short drive

My brother received a third night free as he booked by phone but I did not because I booked online on hotels.com

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was comfortable, quiet, clean, and spacious. I was very surprised to see a TV in the bathroom. We had the hot tub to ourselves, which was nice.

The hotel still has a lingering odor of stale cigarettes, especially in the hallways and stairs.

Location, friendly staff, clean trims and well appointed kitchenette for a longer stay. It was perfect for a ski holiday.

There was no breakfast I was told by staff :( I liked the pool and the exercise room. Altho both were small they had everything I needed including a shower!! AND, they let me in early.
