The receptionist was very helpful, we were originally allocated a room on its own right by the hotels liquor store. The manager of the store explained that the store was open until 11 at night and her staff would be back and forth between store and room next to ours all the time so it would be noisy although she would ask the staff to try to keep noise to a minimum. When we went back to ask for another room the receptionist was very apologetic - think new and hadn’t realised - she then gave us a room facing the mountains on the 3rd floor. She also rang in the evening to check that everything was ok and asked again each time we passed her in reception.

Cannot think of anything that I would suggest changing or improving.

Rickie's All day Grill is the attached bar/restaurant. Very convenient and a well known experience . This would be even more convenient in the winter to not have to leave for dinner.

The price of over $400 CAN is extraordinary. Trapped in a small town on HWY 1. It was consistent with every other alternative during tourist season. WHEW!!

Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Easy access off the highway and lots of parking.

A couple of the outdoor lights in the entrance way were flickering and since our room overlooked the front, it was noticeable and irritating. Had to keep blinds closed.

Located on Hwy. 1, Ricki’s restaurant attached to hotel. The hotel has spacious, clean rooms, comfortable beds, refrigerator and microwave in room, a small TV with remote in bathroom.

No ice available in ice machines on first & second floors.

Very clean, exceptionally friendly staff even though they were extremely busy

Having another person at the reception during busy check in and checkout times would be beneficial to both the staff and the customers

Hotel room was great...nit bigger than normal hotel room size which gave us space to stuff our ski gear.....super quiet room. Didn't hear street noise or other people at hotel.

Very nice room, large, clean , comfy bed, quiet and enjoyed food in Ricky’s Grill, close to attractions and excellent staff.

Not the prettiest location by the highway, but there was no noise disturbance.

The room was fantastic, really comfortable and spacious, best room of our entire trip! Staff were friendly at check in.

Only downside is the location on the main highway, not walkable into Golden but only a short drive
