Breakfast was great! I wish they had more beef and chicken options. However, I know breakfast is standard throughout hotels, so it was overall a great experience. If they wanted to stand out, I would say having more beef and chicken options would put them at the top of my list. The room was also spotless, and the staff, from the host to the room caretakers, were friendly!

I wish the extra blankets were thicker! I get cold easily, and with the sofa bed flatter than the regular bed, I wish we were provided with thicker blankets. I also wish they had more accessibility options, such as automatic doors!

Everything was very good. Clean and well maintained. Staff very helpful and breakfast was great. Also your just off the main road which made it very quiet, and it is easy walking anywhere from the hotel.

The only thing I would have like to see since it was the golden ultra race if the breakfast could have been open for 6:00 am on the Saturday and Sunday. It was very good breakfast. Thanks you.

Large room with plenty of room for four people. Shower is very nice pressure wise. Had an opening window which was great as it meant we didn’t have to use the noisy air con. Welcome snacks on arrival. Had a microwave and fridge but no freezer space.

Couldn’t hear the highway as we were at the back of the property but could still hear trucks reversing most of the night. A little isolated, had to drive into town to get groceries.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was good with coffee available to take away which was a welcome touch. It was a convenient location for a stop over.

Noise carried from the hallway and neighbouring rooms. The rooms were quite dark and would benefit from an update. The immediate area around the hotel was uninspiring. The same standard in the UK would be closer to half the price. In saying that the breathtaking Rockies and friendly Canadian people more than compensate for the overpriced room.

Staff were all very friendly and happy to be of any assistance. Breakfast was great, lots of options ....it was busy both mornings we were there though food was constantly being replenished. Coffee and cookies available for guests in the lobby was a nice touch. The room was a perfect size for family of 4 (two double beds that were super comfy)

staff greeted us and offered early checkin as we arrived in thunderstorm. Breakfast was excellent full of protein. Tesla supercharger 2 min. away across highway. Large room with comfy beds.

Our room faced a parking lot but was quiet as requested. I thought with a name like mountainview and the Purcell/selkirk mountains right there, I may have had glimpses of the mountains from our room. However, I would not trade a quiet room for a noisy room regardless of view.

Clean and comfortable

The signage. There is a large Best Western sign in the corner of the parking lot of the Prestige Inn. The signage of the actual Best Western which is behind the Prestige Inn, is small, three feet tall and hidden by shrubs. I think the Prestige Inn gets a lot of the wrong clients trying to check in.

Excellent stay at the hotel. Room was great. Breakfast had a decent selection. We arrived late in the evening. The lady at check-in was lovely. The location in Golden is excellent because it can be a jumping off point to enter Alberta (Banff, Lake Louise).

Sounded/ looked like the hotel was fully booked up so there was clearly not enough seating room for breakfast. We were lucky to get a seat when we arrived. Also some of the food had run out 15-20 minutes before closing time. Was sad that they didn't refill it even though people were still streaming in and it would have been eaten.

The breakfast was great except certain food supplies were limited or not available. I also liked how your hotel was pet friendly.

I wish the price of the hotel was cheaper. I also was not aware that I would not receive any bw points because I booked through booking.com.

The reception crew was great.

The lady at the breakfast room was upset about something and was impatient but after few minutes another employee talked to her and she got calm.
