Great location, beautiful view of mountains and close to everything. The breakfast was very good considering the price of the room. We expected a continental breakfast (just cold cereals and toast) but there were scrambled eggs and pancakes too. It was nice to have a yogurt and there was fruit as well. Check in was very easy, staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and lots of room, bed was comfy. Perfect spot for 1 night in Golden- our trip in between Victoria and Calgary. Quick drive to restaurants in town. Must do: The skybridge and we also went to Emerald lake. The drive from Golden to Emerald lake is stunning and the lake is gorgeous.

Room was very clean, bathroom and shower had all the complimentary items you need. Beds and pillows seemed very clean and also very comfy. Pool is open later than most hotels which is great. Booked a bit last minute and was called within an hour to confirm I wanted this booking which was much appreciated as we were worried it would be sold out once we arrived. Would stay here again if needed.

We checked in very late (1am) after driving 8 hours and loved how checkout was 11:30 so we could sleep in before another full night of driving; however housekeeping woke us up 2 hours before checkout, and came back an hour later. If we're only staying one night housekeeping should wait until after the designated checkout time to do housekeeping.

We recently stayed at this motel in Rocky Mountains for one night, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the positive side, the pool and water slide were excellent, and my kids absolutely loved them. The room itself was nice and clean, with a big TV and fast internet, which was a plus.

However, there were a few downsides to our stay. Firstly, the motel appeared a bit "tired" and could benefit from some renovations. Additionally, the breakfast was very disappointing. The breakfast area was extremely small, and despite the motel being quite big, we struggled to find a place to sit and enjoy our meal. Furthermore, I found the price to be a bit overpriced, which seems to be the norm in the Rocky Mountains. Lastly, the sauna had a very low temperature, similar to the outside temperature in the pool area, which was not what I expected.

I liked the free breakfast. The beds were nice and firm. The air conditioning worked well.

The parking setup. More handicap parking stalls needed. Supply Splenda not sweet and low for diabetics like me. Sweet and low is a disgusting sweetener plus the ingredients are dangerous.

Room was lovely and cool on arrival and we were placed right next to the swimming pool which the kids loved especially as we had a long hot day and pool was lovely and cool. Even I enjoyed the slide! We stayed in 11 hotels this holiday and this was their favourite. Only stayed 1 night before we were due to move on.

Pool should have depth markers. My son hurt his foot.

Was close to hwy for ease of access. The beds were comfy. The room had easy access from vehicle. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good but the options were limited compared to some other hotels with continental breakfast.

The breakfast area was very cramped for the amount of people needing to use the space. The pancake machine was not working (no batter) and the made pancakes put in the chaffing dish were flat and tough. The property itself looked slightly run down.

Their staff were pleasant and attentive. Checking in and out process were very easy. Pool and water slide were awesome and the sauna was nice! Room appliances all worked.

Even though the rooms are non-smoking, it would be more attractive if cigarette trays weren’t right outside the rooms and if people wouldn’t smoke right on the balcony outside the rooms. Maybe a designated smoking area would be more appropriate in 2023.

The pool is lovely and the sauna worked great!! Our room was great! The staff were organized and efficient. I would recommend the travelodge to all travelers.

Just the eggs with the breakfast, they tasted very funny. But there is a neat pancake machine and tons of breakfast items to choose from. The cereals were good too...my kids actually ate them!

Location was perfect when we planned in participating in the golden adventure pass. It was in the middle of our trip and I was happy to see the guest laundry room. I was able to do my laundry which I didn’t plan on but was good timing.

I appreciated that there was free breakfast. Sad thing was there was no meat.
